Outstanding service

Bisinii is a wonderful experience for anyone wishing to feel special for a few days. The property is immaculate, the neighborhood is quiet and offers first class restaurants and beautiful night clubs, only a couple of blocks away. The Bisinii restaurant is first class with a varied menu, and, the included morning breakfast, is first class. The people at the desk are friendly and so are the waiters and the room service personnel. Bisinii is ready to solve any problem. We had a light malfunctioning in the room, and they had it repaired in 5 minutes. The pool is spectacular, with awesome restaurant & drinks service. They offer barbecue in the evening by the pool and at the adjacent restaurant. Quite a treat! For some reason, the pool lights were not functioning and that was a disappointment because we love bathing in the evening. The TV in the room is a good size but the cable service Bisinii hired is limited to very few channels, most, if not all, in Spanish. The room is beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned snd beautifully decorated. The bed is heavily! This was our 4th stay at Bisinii, and it gets better every time.

Hotel numa area mto boa. Instalacao ok! Chiluveiro mto ruim E acho que me roubaram pq pedi comida no quarto e restaurante do hotel disse que era 20'dolares para levar no quarto!!!! Oi?!! Surreal. Nao hospedo la nunca mais! Nao suporto ser passada pra tras!

Ótimo hotel

Ótima experiência em Ciudad del Este, no bairro Country Club, local tranquilo ecom varias opcoes de lojas, restaurantes e muito seguro. O hotel é muito confortavel, otimo banheiro e amenidades, excelente cafe da manhã. A 10min do microcentro de Ciudad de Leste, facil de chegar e se locomover.

Área de piscina está deixando a desejar , sombrinhas todas quebrada , cadeiras quebrada , poucas sobrinhas , poucos garços , pedra da mesa do spar solta , já fiquei 3 x neste hotel e sempre foi bom , mais está abandonado

O bairro em que está localizado é muito legal, cheio de opções para jantar. O atendimento é maravilhoso, e compensa pela localização, um pouco afastada do centro das compras

Eu adorei o hotel, adorei o bairro, adorei o quarto. Um grande abraço pra todos os colaboradores do hotel que fizeram uma surpresa de aniversário pra minha mãe e ela adorou. Muito obrigado.

O hotel é incrível, gostei muito, cama boa. O hotel poderia fazer alguns reparos, e o travesseiro poderia melhorar.

Excelentes instalaciones. En cuanto al servicio, no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación y cuando consultamos por qué nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no era prioridad y que limpiaron solo las habitaciones que realizaron check out por falta de personal.
