Fantastic view of the styrian mountains

Nice place in the countryside. I normally stay in cities/towns, but on this date, my usual place to stay in Leoben was booked out. This seemed like a decent option, and it was. It's in a tiny hamlet all alone, so you have limited dining options, and not much to do in the village, but the hotel is nice and views are spectacular! The restaurant was nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had booked the room here because the rooms in Leoben was expensive. Great location with nice views, especially in the night with clear sky, entire galaxy was visible from my room... pretty much enjoyed my stay.. One suggestion: Breakfast buffet may have more options for Vegetarians as well... now its missing!

We were quoted £67 but charged £76. Not impressed...

We arrived a bit earlier than expected (they don't open the desk/restaraunt til 2PM) but the very nice young man let us in/checked us in without a attitude!! We had a couple of questions about how to work things in our room (being from the US) and they very pleasanlty went and grabbed the waitress from the dining area who spooke perfect English. This also was done without the feeling of being inconvenienced, hence the "feel good" place. It's a bit off the beaten path, but very quiet and actually seemed to be the popular place for locals later in the evening, not that a ton of people live what I would call local! Would stay their again, but you don't need more than a night or two.....

I stopped here on the way to Wiener Nuestadt for a business trip. The hotel is up the mountains in the tiny town of Gai. Its restaurant, which is excellent and reasonably priced, is clearly the attraction of the area. The hotel is obviously older, but nicely modernized with very clean rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended and good prices.

Waren zur Formel 1 da, Red Bull Ring sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal, trotz geschlossener Gesellschaft war für Hotelgäste die Küche geöffnet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Teppichböden müssten dringend durch Laminat, Parkett o. ä. ersetzt werden.

Schöner Ausblick ins Tal. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Gute cost performance Relation

Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, Obst hat mir gefehlt. Das Essen im Gasthaus war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage.Die Landschaft und die gesamte Gegend ist zum Wandern und relaxen super. Ein nochmaliger Aufenthalt ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Angenehme Zimmer mit Panoramablick und gemütlicher Saunabetrieb. Etwas abgelegen. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten

Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen war Spitze.

Stort flott rom. Hyggelig betjening. Kun en overnatting så ble lite kjent i nærområdet. God frokost.

Wir waren im älteren Nebenhaus untergebracht, das eher einer Asylwerberunterkunft gleicht, als drei Sterne verdient. Alt und abgewohnt. Aber die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren in Ordnung.

Lage SEHR ländlich. Aussicht sicher perfekt, wenn man nicht bei Nebel, Schnee und Regen dort ist. Die Einrichtung ist relativ alt, funktioniert aber. Essen ist ok. Personal freundlich.

Very impressed by the staff. Big hotel. Me and my companion very only guests. Full breakfast. Good service. Everything in order. Bar in order. Everything in order with two guests all in all. Very impressed. Would be a pleasure coming back again. All good!
