Very clean. Right next to station. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open.

Everything was great BUT one caution: If you arrive on Sat, Sun, Holiday or before 0800 or after 1600 weekdays there is no staff. You must register online on Hotelbird app or on provided tablet on counter.

Needs better cleaning. Curtains were dirty. Shower is slippery and small.

Everything was ok but the air conditioning did not work and we had to sleep with the window open, so too much light!

Great quality at affordable price

Checked-in exactly on time and check out prior at 11 AM. Excellent place and I would come back again. Unfortunately, I asked the receptionist for clean up the room. I came back after several hours I was gone. The room still dirty and dirty towels still on the floor. I was not happy at all.

Great place, excellent price and very clean. Very minimal (in a good way) - had some issues with the key card working but always got it to work eventually.

The room and hotel were clean. The hotel was Accessible, Location was perfect. Bus, Train are close to the hotel. Check in and Check out are organization were perfect. but The bedsheets were not clean. Fan of Bathroom did not work well.

The place is clean and neat but there are no shampoo, no handwashwer, no dishwashing lotion, only 2 dose of dusch gel for 2 weeks of stay.. Apart from that the room is spacious the internet is fast and all kitchenware is working and in good condition.

The facility is perfectly OK. Clean and neat. But theconsumables are jsut not enough at all.. No hand washing soap available. Only two 10ml bottles (one use) of shower gel is offered for my one week stay. No shampoo. No dishwasher gel. Not enough paper napkins. No additional trashbags.. These can be solved easily but I can not understand why it is like this.

Check in was a real hassell. No one was there to help. We had lots of difficulty to get help. The online communication was not adequate.

It was somewhat difficult to unlock the auto-lock at the entrance. The rooms are large and comfortable, although they are in the category of flats with a kitchen. Almost directly connected to the station, so we didn't need an umbrella even though it was raining.
