Great stay. Very close to the beach. Had a good beach view from our room (11). Apartment was older style (not renovated) but still very clean and comfortable. Nice pool/spa and bbq area. Close to all shops needed including Woolworths.

The room access was always a mission from the carpark with 4 flights of stairs to navigate. The room itself was comfortable. Not once was anyone at Reception, it was always unattended. Wouldnt stay here again due to the 4 levels of stairs!!

Really lovely, great setting, good amenities and clean. One comment I will make is the ensuite toilet and shower has no door. No privacy when using the toilet and shower

Pleasant staff. Many dining options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Unit could use a refresh but apart from that nothing to complain about. Situated near beach and easy walk to Cooloongatta.

Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. Comfy bed, clean sheets and a lovely space to relax and enjoy the area. 4 stars overall.

Awesome location. Had Tv issues, 2nd night blackout for about 20min needed to contact after hours.

Convenient close to everything. Found the stairs a bit much for our age. Otherwise good.

Apartment was great , all amenities were there . Only bug bear was the stairs from garage especially when staying on the top floors , luckily we didn’t have a lot of luggage

This was a great apartment to stay in with all the facilities you could want for a short or long term stay away from home. Beautiful and spacious, great balcony with beautiful breezes coming through. Super short walk to Kirra beach and in a very convenient location near so many shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

great for kids, close to everything we needed

Pool needed to be cleaned, was not clean. Construction, major, around property, was intrusive, noise, construction workers, their vehicles.

T&Cs state that it is expected guests keep rooms clean and left in a condition befitting the high standards of cleaning that is done by the staff. Whilst the room was surface level clean only, if you use more than one dish the next one had food crust, some lesser used items like the hairdryer hadn’t been cleaned in a long time which is important near the beach as things get sticky and found a chopping board that was mouldy. Disappointing for an apartment where you want to be able to use everything and you expect basic utensils to be clean. The furniture and rooms are clean and comfy and the balcony was good size. The pool and spa were nice features too. The location is great but wait until the construction is done. It’s far louder than they tell you it is. Also not a lot of staffed hours for when you need assistance.
