The perfect location

Bed was the worst we have ever slept in , and when I say slept , I meant tossed and turned, had to get up in the middle of the night and have a shower cause my back was so sore from laying on the rock hard mattress . Absolutely horrible

I always stay here because the rooms are large, clean and modern.

Beautiful view handy to all amenities shopping and walking spots staff were helpful great parking facilities we will be back.

The Large room was clean, quiet and very comfortable and in a great location for walking along the boardwalk and for dining. There are restaurants and cafes very close by and a club across the road. Parking was easy and undercover.

A really good location in Batemans Bay. One small fault with the room is lack of storage space for clothes. Another more irksome fault , in my opinion , was a lack of a door to the bathroom. When you get to a certain age you do not want to let it all hang out! More privacy would be appreciated. But overall the motel was an enjoyable stay.

We were very excited for our stay at this hotel as we had seen the pictures online and booked a sea view balcony room based on this. We open our balcony doors to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and the ‘paid for sea view’ which was a very large tree that blocked the whole view of the sea. After 20 minutes we had to close the door and sit inside our room due to people on the public benches below our room smoking not only tobacco but also cannabis with the smoke coming directly into the room. We then discovered a large cockroach running across the top of the TV. I thought it had gone into my open suitcase and had to empty it to find the cockroach which I then killed and disposed of. I phoned the after hours management number to complain. They didn’t change our room but met us the next morning on check out. After explaining our situation, they told us we could complain to the local council about the tree (that’s not our job as customers) and gave us £10 off in lieu of the lack of sea view. The cockroach was for free…..! Highly disappointed and will never stay again or recommend.

First time staying in Batemans bay The two nights we stayed was overall fantastic, View was amazing, room was very spacious bed was comfy, the only thing TV didn't have the option of Netflix or other streaming services , overall had a great stay and would stay there again

Great view from room but undercover parking is tight for suvs

The room was a good size and well equipped including a balcony. Parking was very secure and a variety of good restaurants nearby.

Musty, noisy road, very limited facilities

Clean, tidy, excellent view, convenient and close to shopping and dining precincts.
