Office hours state 9am to 9pm but when I arrived at 6pm office was closed and locked, had to ring to get key and find out how to pay. Was not happy that no customer service on arrival.

Room was clean and bed comfortable

Pros: The location was convenient for us. Food outlets and shopping close by. The shower was hot and water pressure was good and the room was reasonably tidy. Cons: The property is run down and the outside areas are quite unkempt. Parking is limited and an old car with flat tyres takes up one valuable space. While not the fault of the motel, hoons in noisy cars are up and down the street all day and half the night and the neighbouring property is an eyesore. It was adequate but glad we only had one night there.

The room was clean and tidy, however limited parking space and traffic noise (early hours of the morning) made for not a restful nights sleep.

The motel was OK. The staff was friendly. The beds were super comfy which was the important thing. And it's walking distance to the centre of town. The curtains need replacing, they were block out except for where the holes were. And the fridge needs replacing as the rust in the bottom of it prevented it from closing.

While renovations are ongoing, not finished, the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly.

Well located for my purposes and reasonably quiet despite nearby traffic. The premises are fairly old and worn, but are adequately equipped and functional. Staff are welcoming and helpful (and available).

I was concerned after reading other reviews but room was fine, air conditioning worked, tv worked, clean and tidy. No problems at all.
