Everything ran smoothly and would definitely stay here again.

This motel is easy to love; office open til 9pm, responsive staff, always clean: I've stayed here a number of times now. The staff have been flexible to my needs as required, and I'll be back. Not fancy, but clean, comfortable, good value for money and even has room service on some days. Thanks Byer.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Even good food in the restaurant and reasonable prices.

Simple rooms, but the attention to detail was great. Decent sized milk and good variety of coffee/tea sachet, electric blankets, plenty of towels, warm blankets, microwave and toaster. Situated within walking distance to everything.

Compared to other advertised properties it was good value, convenient and clean but basic yet adequate for an overnight stay and the early check in is useful.

Old style motel towards the edge of town. Small room but adequate for a quick overnight stay while travelling. Very quiet. Would stay there again.

Close to town center, clean, comfortable. No breakfast included. Bright lights from toilet and shower.

We enjoyed our stay. The motel is on the edge of town in the main street. It has everything you need. Our room was not huge but very comfortable and very clean. We ordered dinner and it was delivered to our room, on time, hot and very tasty. Nearby is the recently renovated Holbrook Hotel.

Ok for a stopover, older motel but reasonably clean and tidy and priced accordingly.

Door knobs not easy to turn. A hook behind bathroom door would be useful Otherwise everything good. Room service meals are always nice and always hot on arrival

I did like my stay, however, The lock on the pool fence didn’t work at all. The furniture inside the pool fence needs removing and replacing and the pool was ok, but the area inside the pool fence was dirty. The rooms and parking was fine. I would stay again if I knew the pool area was in better condition.

Economic, basic motel conveniently located near Holbrook town centre. Motel is dated and basic but it was clean and cheap as a stopover location with parking outside your door.
