Digital payment wasn't possible. Some issue with the machine. That's something you definitely don't expect

We have stayed here several times. There is a nice big park across the street and the location for getting around is good. But this location is bad because there are a few restaurants, drugstores, etc. I always forget you must bring a three-way plug because the only available outlet is in the bathroom and if you want to charge several phones, it’s a problem. Also, you have to unplug the television if you want to plug in the refrigerator so the electrical outlet situation is horrible. Also, the free Internet here does not function very well.

I had to book this hotel as an emergency. It was exactly as previous reviews. It needs cosmetic improvements mostly in bathrooms, not than clean, some mold in the shower but I felt safe I won’t recommend it.

This property is nearby the mall and you cab try it. the only problem no one speak English.

I have been staying here when I travel to Brazil since 1993 and I love it! Breakfast is amazing, and the staff is wonderful! They are polite, courteous and helpful. Especially Cecilia. She always smiles.

Our two days in Belem staying in the hotel was great it is central to many interesting places. It is safe walking from there to the Teatro. The room is clean with a little sitting area. Nice shower. We could have a late check out before going to the airport. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

It is a 3 star hotel so don't expect too much of it.

Quem fez avaliação negativa deste hotel, não deve ter parâmetro algum. O hotel é ótimo, comparado com o valor da diária, prédio e instalações antigas, porém com a manutenção em dia e muito bem conservado. Café da manhã excelente e funcionários educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Já ia esquecer de citar a vista maravilhosa do quarto!

Ótimo atendimento

Gosto muito da localização, da praticidade, café da manhã com variedades. Porém, a Internet nunca funciona. Sendo que já é a terceira vez que me hospedo.

Foi razoável tinha uma expectativa melhor. O colchão do quarto muito duro assim como os travesseiros , o Wi-Fi não conectou no quarto de jeito nenhum, sem serviço de quarto e nem restaurante… mas o café da manhã é muito bom e o tempo de serviço também, as áreas comuns eram bem aconchegantes …

Amei a estadia, porém fiquei um pouco decepcionada pois só havia uma tomada no banheiro e outro escondida atrás do móvel para carregar meus aparelhos. Porém no geral foi muito bom

Excelente mas precisam melhorar a qualidade da internet e do ar-condicionado.

Falta estacionamento, carro fica na rua. No quarto não é central de ar. É ar-condicionado que faz muito barulho
