Very nice place with affordable price. Staff was kind and the place very clean

When I arrived in Cuiaba, I called the hotel for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, the receptionist's communication was terrible! The shuttle bus took too long to come over... After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted... Upon entering the room, I noticed the dirty bedroom walls... I went to take a shower and the shower faucet fallen off in my hands, it seemed to be broken for a long time... the shower head was very small and old, and very close to the wall, it was not comfortable bathing there; if is not enough, the bathroom drain was clogged, the bathroom floor got all flooded during my shower. The TV was broken, the modem was hung on the wall by the wires.. the worst part is that the mattress and the pillows were very dirty, I found hair and I saw drooling spots on the pillows... I lifted the bed sheet and the mattress was all torn, dirty and stinking... I guess that mattress is about 20 to 30 years old. My bedroom door and the walls were very thin. The cleaning lady and the other hotel guests were slamming all the doors early in the morning. It was so umpleaseant to wake up before the time I planned... I have pictures to prove what I am saying... I don't think Expedia should allow Hotel Express to be listed on their website. I will never stay in that dumpster again and I don´t recommend this "hotel" to anybody.

Just to stay one night it’s ok but no longer than that.

Razoável, dentro da média. Só fiquei muito decepcionado pela falta de tomadas de energia no quarto, que era um triplo e só tinha a tomada do frigobar para podermos ligar notebooks e também carregar os celulares

Bem próximo ao aeroporto de CGB e com transfer. Café da manhã razoável. Camas um pouco desconfortável. Banheiro bem pequeno.

Razoável pelo valor. Ponto positivo é o transfer do aeroporto ida e volta.

Quando eu cheguei parece que nem estavam encontrando minha reserva. Você chegar depois de mais de 24h de viagem e ter que ficar esperando e confirmando toda hora a mesma coisa é extremamente estressante. Quando fui embora alegaram que eu estava devendo um certo valor, novamente o mesmo problema de FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO, porque esse valor era do meu desconto da reserva. O banheiro estava sempre fedendo urina, quando cheguei e depois quando acordei de manhã, não entendi muito bem da onde vinha o cheiro. A única coisa boa é o café da manhã.

Ótima estadia. Super limpo, colchão, travesseiros e banheiro tudo impecável. Pedi quarto não fumantes. Tudo limpo, bem pintado e sem poeira. Equipe de atendimento nota 10. Café da manhã tem ovos, iogurte, frutas. Voltarei quando houver novas oportunidades. Obrigada por tudo.

Foi bom o atendimento e atenciosos ,porém não são boas o colchão l,são bom e muito mole, café da manhã se básico total mais bom e fresco ar condicionado sempre fresco e de vez enquando fazia barulho , chuveiro não sai água quente , tirando isso foi bom estadia e bem localizado .
