I had a delightful experience at Ocean Breeze! We were greeted with a lovely sign out front and the AC was running in our room. The front desk associate was gracious in accommodating our request for an early check in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. The room was meticulously, cleaned and appointed well with coffee cups and plates. Our room looked out toward the ocean and the pool was directly below. We also had great drinks and good service at the bar. I would certainly return and highly recommend this resort.

Ocean Breeze was wonderful! The staff was so friendly, the place in such a great location, and our unit, Snapper, was lovely. Highly recommend!

We only spent 2 nights in the Wahoo room. Hotel was clean and staff respectable. We had added our 21 year old daughter after the reservation was initially made and they were very accommodating to add her. Beach was great and we really enjoyed time at the swim up bar and Jolly the bartender. The bed was pretty firm, so that bothered my wife's hips some. One bonus over other places we have stayed on this 2 week trip around the country is they had an easily accessible ice machine by the front office! Note - they do not want you flushing toilet paper due to limitations of their septic system. They provide a covered bin by the toilet. We managed fine for 2 days with 3 adults, but wanted to mention that for others. Parking Note - hotel does not have their own parking, so they want you to park on the street in town. We arrived at mid-day and it was packed, but we managed to get a spot. It is a bit of a hike with bags to get to the hotel from the street.

A decent and clean room with a semi-comfortable mattress in a rougher part of town that didn’t feel entirely safe. Clueless service with staff members hovering awkwardly or approaching suddenly in a creepy way. Not very helpful and not available when needed. Smoking allowed very close to guest rooms. A negative experience overall.

The room was not an ocean front view as it was advertised as it was a pool view. It was a long walk to parking on the street that was not convenient. The room was great in that it had high end furniture, fixtures, etc.

Amazing beachfront property in the heart of Placencia. Staff was great and we would recommend staying here if you are going to Placencia. Tons of food and drink options around!

Beautiful suites and beach. The only downfall is it is hard to find and there is no parking.

Beautiful, very clean property. Best resort we’ve ever visited. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, wonderful beach and beach access. Can’t say enough!

My only negative comment is it is hard to get luggage to hotel because it is on the beach. There is one side walk but takes a long way to get back to hotel. However the flip side to this is it is up close and personal with the rolling waves and beautiful view of the ocean.

This is a well appointed gem on the beach! There is a friendly bar out back. It’s clean, centrally located and everyone was so friendly…they even had bicycles for us to use!

We had a great time here. Carla at the desk and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They even helped with booking an excursion for us. Our room was lovely. Having “Alexa” in the room was also nice as we could play whatever music we wanted to hear and control the air conditioner. The only downsides we found were the lack of hotel signage on the main road and some trash coming up on the beach or in the surrounding areas, not on the hotel property. Overall, we absolutely loved it, and will be back!
