Everything was just perfect

Staff and service are excellent and friendly. Stayed in a cabin that was cozy but a couple extras would be nice like some tea bags for those who don’t like coffee and maybe a toaster. It was a hot weekend and the cabin only had one fan so either air conditioning or some extra fans would help. All in all it is a great resort that I have been too multiple times and would gladly stay at again.

This was our second time here. We’ll definitely be back

Great place to relax and rest. Plus they have a lot of water amenities. The boat bike was especially fun.

I traveled all the way from Burlington to Haliburton, took me around 4 hours. As soon as I reached Bonnie Inn, I was in awe. This place is a hidden gem in Ontario. I checked in at the reception, and I mentioned that I wasn't able to get the room with the Jetted tub, but to my fortune I was told that I was upgraded to the room with the Jetted tub. I was simultaneously told that there was no power in the rooms due to an outage (I am surprised that the rooms aren't backed up with generators in case of such outages) and was told it would be back by 6pm. I was excited about the jetted tub and rushed to city to find some bubble bath. Right after shopping for the room, I was given a call about the accidental room upgrade. Given the fact that I did double check that I was upgraded for the room with the jetted tub, I was really disappointed with this kins of unprofessionalism. To make up for this, I was given free breakfast that was already an "buy-one-get-one-free" offer. Forgetting all these issues I still tried to enjoy the experience, but at 7 pm I was told that they weren't sure about the power and I could stay or leave if I wanted to without any charges. The fact that had to drive 4 hrs back at night, did not seem like a good idea as I am still a new driver. They provided blankets as my room did not have any firewood. My wife and I were left expected to sleep in the cold room with a candle light. Moving forward next day, no power yet and I was told it "might" be back at 4pm. We

Nice location. Quaint room. Fireplace was nice. Bed was comfy. Front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location in Haliburton. Staff was excellent. Rooms require some updating especially the bathroom. Wood for the room was very pricey and not having the dining room for food closed was difficult especially on a weekend of a snowstorm. Otherwise beautiful location and the ice rink, outdoor fire and option to snowshoe was great.

Great location for snowmobiling and the staff were amazing and friendly.

This is a lovely inn in an absolutely beautiful area. The cabin we stayed in was immaculate. Everything is modern and upscale. The bed was comfortable and the bedding extra cozy. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Excellent dining options and shopping are minutes away and outdoor activities abound. We had a great stay and hope to return again.

What a beautiful location and amazing food! The service was also spectacular. Our concern was our room. We booked a standard room with a king bed. The room was tiny, there was no air conditioning and it we there during a heat wave, and the bed was so terrible! It was warped, uncomfortable, lumpy, and we both had serious neck and back pains after the first night. So, my recommendation is to book an air conditioned cabin instead of a standard room. The property and facilities are great! The view and location are second to none!

This is my 4th year in a row visiting Bonnie View. The renovated cottages and rooms are fabulous. Live music Wednesday was a great surprise. Great Dockside patio. Clean beach. Alteady reserved my cottage for 2025.

The Bonnie View was a fantastic place to stay. We loved the patio for drinks when we arrived and for lunch. The rooms were newly renovated and the staff were great. Highly recommend.
