The room was really clean and spacious. The span was well managed with kind staffs

Clean and great location

The room was clean and we enjoyed the comfy chairs to lounge in at night over tea. We stayed in the detached Gate St house so no elevator but staff offered to carry up our luggage. The only meal we ate was supper and it was delicious! There is an added resort fee which we paid but didn't use which I would prefer the option. But if you are looking for shuttles to winery's I'm sure that is helpful. Beds were comfy and room fit us perfectly.

This was a great hotel even though we stayed for a night. The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. We enjoyed the meal at NOTL and so did my 4 year old. Will definitely come back in the future.

Had a great time at the hotel and spa. Staff was amazing- friendly and professional. Everything was so clean and well stocked. Spa facilities were never overcrowded and quiet environment was respected. So relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!
