The hotel room was in extremely poor condition, dirty floor and ceiling, the bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower, the ceiling was caving in, the electric heater had a layer of dirt on it and the door hardware was falling apart. The day staff man was extremely rude right from the get go. When i asked for refund he refused. Yes we spent the night not realizing the shower actually had mold in it.

The staff was very courteous and the room clean.

This is an older facility that is in good condition but has not been renovated. The room was clean and comfortable.

Kinda old school motel. Classic. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Good value for the price. I recommend it if you have something to do in Laval, the West Island, or Oka.

Personnel gentil, lit très confortable, aurait d'être un peu rafraîchi.

The room in this motel gives you terrible experience. When we entered , its so smelly. The sink in the bathroom was not working as dirty water was clogged. Heater was not working in cold weather. Even they did not provide basic facilities like microwave in room, footmats , cutlery ...nothing there..

Very tired facility….needs upgrades and good cleaning. Mildew all over the bathroom…disgusting!

They refused to allow me to take my bicycle into the room, I had to stick it in some broom closet with no lighting and leave it there with all my stuff.

Location is great as the property is 16mins drive to the Premium outlet store if youre planning to shop. I’m giving an average review because of the strong smell of chlorine/cleaning chemical used to clean the room and hallway. It stays unless you put some fragrant candles. Washroom is too small but decent and it has its leak odor, probably because the sink drain has no cover.

La personne à l'accueil était très gentille. La chambre était grande et les lits confortables, mais le ménage était un peu négligé.

The room is large but as we got settled, we realized the TV is broken, there is no soap, and we didn’t get the wifi password (and it’s not in the room). Not the best of stays….On a positive note, we appreciated the numerous fluffy pillows, the view of the garden, and the staff was nice.
