Hotel Belley is a unique property that works with Hotel Le Saint Paul. The check in is at Saint Paul and the front desk staff was very friendly and held my luggage after check out so that I could explore Quebec City with no worries. Check in and check out was very easy. The room itself was clean and simple and was perfect for a quick overnight. The bar downstairs was very nice and lively. It was a little noisy in my room after I went to bed but earplugs did the trick. It was very close to the train station and port which also fit in perfectly for my trip. For budget conscious people, it is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Quebec City.

Very clean, large, bright room with black out curtains. Pretty room with exposed brick in a safe area walking to many restos/chateau Frontenac/rue petite Champlain. Wished windows opened for fresh air but fan/air worked well. Comfie bed and pillows. Charming bar downstairs with lovely staff and friendly patrons. Easy parking nearby.

All good, but the kitchen was missing some items that would have made it more useful. Provided this suggestion at check-out and was told it would get passed on. Our room did not have daily cleaning but that was in the booking details, so expected. Great value and wonderful location. Parking is extra, but nearby.

Checkin was easy, there is a bit of road traffic noise in the morning but nothing crazy ᵕ̈

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave me an umbrella since it was raining and I didn’t have one. The room was clean, and it’s the best location if you’re planning a short stay + a quick visit to the city

Check in was confusing as it was in a different building. Our kitchen was very small, felt like you’re in Japan. Didn’t have a sponge to wash the dishes. For the price and location, it’s fair. They also accepted 2 dogs. Beware! The homeless situation is getting worse by the year. Don’t feel safe at night.

Perfect apartment suite and fantastic location!

La situation est parfaite dans la basse ville, mais il n'y a pas de stationnement,et la police est très rapide pour donner des contraventions. La chambre était propre, mais il manquait un rideau de douche,donc difficile de ne pas faire de dégâts,nous avons averti la réception, mais pas de rideau n'a été installé.

Room is rather small but very beautiful with a great view. Walk up to the second floor, no front desk, cannot leave the dog even for a minute. Unfortunately, there was a foul smell from the first floor/stairs which you could fill in the room.

Ended up in Hotel Saint Paul as we arrived much earlier than expected.. Excellent and front staff was very very helpful. Highly recommend this place. Close to everything and modern and spacious.

We had room 113 which is above a bar. Music played until 3:45 am and we could hear people talking all night below our window. We slept about 3 hours. When we told the reception about this, they told us that it was mentionned on the Expedia website that the room was above a bar. (which we didn't see anywhere on the website). They offered us to change room at the same hotel (which we were afraid that it would be as noisy as this one) or pay extra $60 per night to have a room at their other hotel close to this one. We left after that night and we were charged for the night (even if we didn't sleep!). The minimum they should of offer is to not charge us anything to switch but is seems that it is not the way they do business.

Staff very good but the bedroom is to noisy
