Sounds from the restaurant leaking into the dorm

The property is a little tired but clean and the staff was wonderful. The woman who runs the Inn is so accommodating and lovely. It is right on the bike path and I would definitely stay there again.

comfy room and bed

Not clean at all. Towels had holes, sheets were stained, no window to open, can’t use blow dryer and air conditioning at same time not to blow a fuse. Building is for sale so perhaps not investing to keep up building.

This is a lovely quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. Great food. Everything you need and no frills

Really great staff - very accommodating. Wonderful guests. Had one of the nicest times I’ve had in a long time. Good conversation and great laughs with other guests and staff. Highly recommended.

Auberge is better then what the pictures look. Food at the restaurant was excellent!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and attractively furnished. The common room was comfy and was set up to make your own tea or coffee anytime and to store your food and snacks

I spent a night in the dormitory of this inn while doing the P'tit Train du Nord bike trail. The inn is so close that it's visible from the trail! Very neat; comfortable bed; clean shower and washroom. Love the rustic-chic decor! I've also a great meal at their restaurant during a separate visit to Val David. My only disappointment this time was that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, at least in September. Very pleasant hostess too. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come again!

Great place to stay in Val-David! The restaurant is amazing... with their own awesome craft beer selection. They also lent us some passes to go the park for cross country skiing! :)

Our room was more than adequate for what we wanted: reasonable price, lots of room and quiet location with very friendly staff. The unexpected bonus was the excellent food in the attached restaurant. We would go back anytime.
