We stayed in the main hotel. Our room was modern comfortable and beautifully decorated. The upper floors are accessed by a long staircase. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner in the dining room. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a computer issue at check in The director stepped in and gave us a free room upgrade. Excellent service and the complementary breakfast was very good.The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We loved the view of the bay from our room. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the homemade jam. There was a pleasant walk alongside the water you could take just over the road in front of the hotel. We loved the location!

I spent two nights here in December. Room seemed recently remodeled but the tile floors made it feel cold even with the heat blasting. I chose this hotel because I mistakenly thought there was a restaurant.

Such a nice area. The room has great view. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit tired and may need some recaulking.

My wife and I made a circuit of the Gaspe in late September/early October 2024. After we crossed from Tadoussac, we drove south through the interior to travel along the coast counter-clockwise. We only stayed for one night after a long drive and were sorry we didn't perhaps go in the opposite direction. This is a very well-maintained family-owned and operated hotel. You could see the attention to cleanliness and maintenance given. The breakfast was the most complete and enjoyable of our trip in any of the places we stayed. Unfortunately it was closed for the season for dinner. Carleton-our-Mer was a lot bigger than I originally thought and had more to offer than I imagined. It is worth a stay for more than an overnight.
