Front desk were very helpful and attendant at breakfast was very nice

We didn’t know Universities were available to rent rooms for summer. It was a pleasure to get acquainted with Memorial University for a few days. The Continental breakfast made our morning easier. Doing laundry on-site was very convenient and inexpensive. Laundry pods @ dryer sheets supplied.

I liked the clearness and the friendly and helpful students working in reception and the breakfast area.

Staff were pleasant, professional and helpful.

This was a simple dorm room with a shower and a bathroom. Common area had a fridge and microwave. It was perfect for me. I just needed a place to sleep while I was visiting my daughter. A four day stay was $400 less than the cheapest hotel.

After driving all day the last thing I wanted was confusion at the check in They couldn’t find my reservation, keycard didn’t work , parking pass wasn’t ready .

Very clean, lots of in room storage, friendly staff, comfortable dorm style bed, lovely campus and 30+ min walk to downtown.

Everything about 40 Livyers Loop was unbelievable, from the very friendly & helpful staff, to the extremely comfortable bed & mattress. The best 3-nights sleep I've experienced in years. It was recharging; and if I ever need a place in St John's to rest, I will try them again.
