pool is lovely after a ski. the ambience is serene. the fondu is delicious. the staff was like being home. the beds very comfy. layout was like being in a 50s to 70s cool hangout...like real cool. charming and beyond. didnt miss the 5 star granite or the modern stuff and just feel addicted to this place like i stepped into a dream. everything was that was once wrong was now perfect....how to explain more than that.

No breakfast

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. The highlight was definitely the hot tub , relaxing in it at night while surrounded by snowy nature and a sky full of stars made the experience unforgettable.

Room was not ready at 3pm. Front desk gave us the key but when we went to the room it was still being cleaned. Better communication would have avoided us going up with our bags and wait front of our room for it to be ready. No privacy in the room. Unable to open the window curtain (window and the entrance facing the hallway). Room cleaning is not included. If you request is by leaving the sign on the door, sign will be removed without cleaning the room. Parking is an issue. Up on the hill is not safe to park and sometimes if you park, you cannot leave due to other cars blocking. Although the reception informed us this is a known issue, they do not track the vehicles (not taking plate numbers).

Everything was good , very clean place , no complaints, receptionist lady in Saturday afternoon was very nice , we was 2 couples and we got 2 rooms close , on the same floor . For sure we gonna be back !

Everything was great. The room next to me had kids and they were yelling a lot . Apart from that everything was on point.

Staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean with amazing NeroSpa beds! For this price range it did not meet our expectations ( parking was sparse, rooms were not sound-proof and were lacking some TLC ( tender loving care).

Amazing stay overall! Highly recommended

Parking was very limited and unsafe. Fell a couple of times as it was very icy and not salted. We could barely go up to the hotel. Very small room for the price, while we got to our room the door wasn't even closed properly. Staff was warm and helpful. Overall not worth the price to be honest.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were acceptable and the location was excellent, especially for the price we paid. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a food basket for breakfast that was very convenient. Unfortunately, our only negative experience was with one cleaning staff member. After my wife asked her for help opening our door while she was cleaning the room next to ours, the interaction was unpleasant. Later, despite leaving a “make up my room” sign on the door, our room was not cleaned. We noticed the sign had been flipped to “do not disturb,” which we are confident was done intentionally so the room wouldn’t be serviced. This was a disappointing and unnecessary experience, but aside from this incident, the hotel itself met our expectations and was good value for the money.

Chambre 302 J’ai payé 200,00 pour cette chambre décor Elvis Gratton. Vraiment un coup de peinture ferait grandement du bien (vert menthe et pêche comme couleur) Que dire de la salle de bain (bain tourbillon des années 80) Positif: la propreté des lieux et les employés sympathiques des notre arrivée.

Staff was nice, place was clean

The swrvice was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The service was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and spa were clean and well maintained. However, although we had reserved three rooms, our friends were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bed linens and bed in one of the rooms.

I got charged at the hotel after I paid through Expedia and when I go to the room it was dirty. I had change rooms. I wasn’t impressed and I hope I get my refund when I check out

Generalement tres propre et en bon etat. Le service etait inegal mais courtois. Cependant, la cafetière etait sale. Et on aurait apprecie plus de details sur les installations. Enfin, la température de la chambre etait difficile a contrôler. On a eu tres chaud pendant la nuit. En somme, Tres belle vue vue et bon rapport qualité-prix.
