Well, went into the office to register saw a cat and thought I could smell the litter box ( no biggie) got to our room and the room reaked of cat piss. Luckily we had some frebreeze in the car so it made the room bearable, during the night between 11 pm and 5:30 in the morning the u haul trailer was broken and a bunch of items were stolen Contacted the property. Stated the didn't see any unusual activity around our vehicle but then said their cameras are motion activated. So we must have been too far away for the cameras to activate.

Room was clean. It was pet friendly and parking was no issue.

Overall a clean room! I would say for the price it is a great deal, the room was quite clean and comfortable.

It was great check in short and sweet, if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place affordable. Clean comfortable area feels like your out in the country this is the place. Everything is walking distance smittys, mr mikes dollar Rama you name it you can walk it. I enjoyed it.

The television remote didn't work. Only one plug-in available for phone/laptop. Temperature, bathroom facilities were good. Too much lighr leaking in from outside - need better curtains.

Was just looking for a simple clean place to sleep and then keep driving rhyme next morning. This was perfect. Clean quiet. Excellent

It is not value for $$. Owners did try to renovate the washroom but old bed/old pillows and musky smell makes it hard to have a good night sleep.

I’ve been at this motel many times and will keep coming back. The room are clean and smells good. The staff are friendly. The location are close to grocery and shop and restaurants and also walkable

Evident pride of ownership-updated room in residential area 2 minutes walk to the lake.

The new owners took over 2 months ago and are working on improvements. I like the retro look of exterior and interior of the motel which is a short walk from the relaxing view of crescent lake and portage golf course. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a short drive from shoppers drug, banks, gas, dining options on Saskatchewan Avenue West.
