Value for money. We had a two room suite for what we would normally pay for one room. We really enjoyed our stay in Courtenay.

Property was good value

The room was dirty, there were spider webs and cob webs everywhere, the floor felt dirty, there was hair in the bedding, there was mold in the bathroom, and there was no hot water in the morning.

It is an old establishment. The room had an unpleasant odor. The room was dusty. Beds were ok, not uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok, noisy pipes. Would not stay here again.
