The room could have used some update. Sheets and bathroom clean. The outside steps could have used a broom. The check in was short and sweet. Where is your money, here’s your key and that’s it!!! Not very personable.

Dirty all round. Riggety stairs going up to 2nd floor. Very old property. Parking lot is extremely rough and not enough space for all guests. Room door handle was very loose. Other guest called down to a friend in the parking lot to toss up his keys. He said the keys work on all rooms (alarming!) He did actually open his room with bis buddy's key from another room. The fridge was turned off when we got there. Stinky! Bathroom plug-in did not work. Bathroom showerhead was hanging loose from the wall. Disgusting shower - did not use. Basebord heater was broken off and hanging loose on the floor. Muddy chunks all the way up the stairs that were very dilapidated. Dust everywhere in the room. I was wearing black socks, took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom. Bottem of my socks were white with dust and grime. I would not recommend this place to anyone. there were a lot of rig workers booked in with their massive trucks. They started their back-up beeping at 6:30am. Maybe ok for workers, but not for the general public. We will never stay there again!!

Room was decent. It’s definitely a motel so expect as such. My stay was in March and it snowed at night. Only issue I ran into is there were apparently problems with the boiler and the pipes which are pretty noisy in the middle of the night. Woke me up pretty aggressively a few times and not knowing what itI assume the colder weather at night is part of the problem. Employees were nice

Was a nice quiet place. Safe too, with chain5he on nt location. Staff were good, but Michael was the best. What a polite young man, all smiles and seemed like he really eas happy woth his job and his customer service is top notch!! Thanks for the great stay :)

Overall, the stay was decent. The bed was adequate, and the shower pressure was phenomenal! Things to note: the bathroom was in rough shape, no phone or clock in the room, and there was no thermostat in the room to turn down the heat, which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. *I had to open the window in order to cool the place down, which was not ideal since it is getting into winter. Looks like the owners have been renovating the property, as we could tell there was new flooring and windows, but many things have not been updated, the bathroom being one of them. Oh, and the fridge was not turned on when we got into the room, which was not great since I had a lot of food that needed to be kept cold. It would have been good if this had been started a couple of hours before I checked in. But like I said, overall, the stay was decent. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The room was ok we it was lots of weird noises from the building traffic was loud we didnt get much sleep but thats fine

Had a great stay! Good hotel for reasonable people. Guy at the check-in was awesome. Very helpful. Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfy. Love they still have the old school door keys. Food and drinks within walking distance. Yes rooms are smaller, but really who cares. Great value for the price. Would stay here again and support a local business.

My friend and I like staying here. It's conveniently located near everything and plenty of parking. Owner is very accommodating and everything feels safe staying at the Rimbey Motor Inn. :)

had to wait outside as door to front desk locked. VERY noicey fan in room. very loud traffic on highway beside the motel. was unsure if the sheets were used prior but to tired to complain lighting to access room were terrible, in fact non existant. very poor lighting on stairwell going to second from (outside), no light over room door to show room number and then try to get key in the lock in the dark. would not recommend.
