This is a beautiful inn. We stayed for four nights. This is an excellent location in Charlottetown, with easy walking to many dining and shopping areas as well as the waterfront boardwalk. We never had a problem finding street parking. The inn is beautifully furnished and appointed, and the breakfasts were outstanding, with standard fare (toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal) available for self-service and a delicious gourmet cooked breakfast that changed daily.

This is a lovely little hotel with dining room for breakfast downstairs. Katherine and her family team are wonderful hosts always looking to provide service. Make sure you do accept the offer for the daily special for breakfast. We had omelettes and then eggs Benedict the two nights we stayed but the toppings and sides were amazing. Great place for a stay.

Great walkable location. Cruise ship and harbour is a block away. The owners are so accommodating and serve a delicious breakfast. Rooms are very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a very shy awkward person so I appreciate their kindness and patience, the owners were very sweet and even gave a little gift at the end of my stay! Also the room was cleaned daily. I want to thank them a million times over for making my stay so lovely!

The property is located conveniently to Charlottetown’s waterfront and downtown areas, and our room was quiet, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hostess was welcoming on our arrival and made sure we had an excellent breakfast before our early morning departure. We also had a casual but delicious dinner at the nearby Water Prince Corner Shop.

Very pleased with how close it was to the cruise port where I was disembarking from. Very friendly and Clean. Nice safe area. Wifi was not very fast, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.
