Customer service was great. The room was in an older motel. The room was dusty, door was full of dirty finger prints, no telephone ( to contact office ) room was dark, carpet smelt bad.

When we got there The front staff was great and very professional. He greeted us with a positive attitude and a pleasure to talk with . Check in was good and quick. The was clean and the surround area of the motel was very quiet place. Next time I am in Sarnia I will be staying there again. Great place. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Faulds Motel and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The beds were especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night’s sleep.

I stayed in room 17 on April 12-13 and room number 16 was so loud and disturbing till morning and staff did not took any strict action. That was waste of money and actually had to do call in sick because i was not able to sleep.

Quick unscheduled visit. The motel was as expected. Affordable and with in expectations for that price.

Fair value for money. Comfortable bed and clean sheets, but some parts of the room not clean, no control over temperature, windows not secure.

Motel is amazing with big parking lot and renovated rooms. Staff is very friendly. WIFI is very fast.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here, it is a cheap decent place to stay. My only complaints are that there is no way to turn the heat up unless you ask the front desk to do it and then the wifi is terrible. Have full bars with the wifi and still can’t access the internet properly.

Price is very low

It's a old motel, needs some maintenance. Windows where screwed shut, drafts around all windows that made the room very cold. No escape through the windows if needed, only way out was the 1 door. The heater could not keep up with the volume of cold air leaking in. Door needs sealing as well, the added storm door helped but not enough. No control on the old radiant heater, there was heat but not enough for a cold stormy winter night. Lack of light in room, only 3 lamps with low wattage bulbs made for difficult reading. Made the room look dingy and unwelcoming. To bad, because it could be a nice place with a few upgrades.
