Property was clean. The diner was good, staff were courteous. Diner staff were excellent and friendly service.

We are very disappointed. Hotel is rundown with dirty carpets and hallways. Room is dirty. Carpet and ceilings are stained. Bedding has pet and human hair, and sheets are worn. We paid too much money to stay in filth!! If there was another hotel option we would have requested a refund for sure.

This is our regular accommodation in Fairview. Has all we need with a restaurant on location, lots of parking and conveniently location along the highway. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean with good tv channel selection.

It is probably one of the better hotels in Fairview but it is getting older and the furniture TV are older models and there is an old odd smell in the room

Best place to stay in Fairview but just okay hotel. Suites area is better. Recommend that side versus the hotel rooms. Night and day difference but still a basic property. Restaurant is basic but good for breakfast.
