Great to be in the old city and within steps of some major attractions. Nothing fancy but well worth the price.

Area is convenient for us to walk around the old town.

Hotel was in Old Quebec, so close to restaurants and shops.

Really poor hotel. In fact we stay there only an hour. Just to get a better hotel. I would not recoomend that hotel even to my worse enemy. When I came back in the morning to return the key, it was not possible to get reimbursed. They stole my money! I will never go back there.

Good price, located right inside old town. Parking convenient makes the visit so much more enjoyable.

Terrible bed and the shower needs work. No way to dry hands in bathroom. Its not terrible but its far from great.

Great location and memorable stay! I stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed my time. The best part was the location — it’s within walking distance to all the major attractions in Old Quebec, which made exploring the city so easy. The price was reasonable, and even though my room didn’t have a private bathroom, using the shared facilities was never a problem. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so meals were convenient. The room only had cups, so I often got takeout, but I found it helpful that the first-floor lounge had a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge — something future guests might appreciate. If I had to mention a downside, the window didn’t open for ventilation, which would’ve been nice. Also, if you’re expecting hotel-level cleanliness, you might find it a bit basic. But overall, I had a wonderful time and made some great memories during my stay!

-Bedding and bathroom were clean, but the desk and table were full of sugar or salt from the previous tenant. -Nobody at check-in, the phone number listed had a "busy" signal. Luckily, the hotel had previously called me and I was able to find the correct number. He gave me instructions to find my room key with instruction to officially check in later on. Then during check in there were no ID checks or anything. -Sound travels very easily. You can hear everything. My room was on the main floor and I could hear what sounded like construction tools in the next room. -Envelope left inside room for tip, not subtle at all. -Upon checkout you just drop your keys in a box, not a safe drop box, so technically anyone can steal keys, which you would then be charged for. I'm used to budget hotels but this gave me seedy hourly rental vibes due to lack of service and cleanliness. I would not book if I returned to the city.

Location wise, it was great! However, the check in experience was confusing. The owners were fine. In terms of the uni itself - the bed had no sheets, only a mattress cover. The floors were not clean, and several outlets didn’t work, making it inconvenient to charge devices. More concerning was the absence of a smoke detector, which is a serious safety issue. Additionally, while it may not be the owner’s fault, there was a domestic violence incident during my stay that made me feel unsafe. I hope the host can address these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

Staff working at the property were both wonderful.

Very well situated in old Quebec. My room was very basic with no shower or toilet but had its own sink with a full bathroom down the hall. Everything was clean. It was up two steep flights of stairs, which would probably be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Parking was in inside structure across the street and cost about 20 CAD.

Front desk lady was very nice and allowed us for early check-in. There was no lock on washroom door on top floor. Stairs were very steep. Other than that price was very resonable and fair to stay.

The location of the motel was excellent, which was its main positive point. However, the cleanliness and amenities were below average. I had booked through Expedia and paid with my credit card, but upon arrival, the staff asked me to pay again, promising a refund for the first payment, which has not yet been processed. If you’re not very particular about cleanliness or small spaces and prioritize location, this motel could be a suitable option.
