Super clean Staff was so helpful

This property is recently renovated. I prefer the location here to other downtown hotels. This will be our first choice when we come to Winnipeg for any events going forward.

The rooms were attractive and spotless. Free breakfast was handy, though it was the standard pre-fab fare. Location was excellent for my purposes and this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. Views onto parking lot were uninspiring but the roof of the Fort Garry was in sight. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. On my first night I was concerned about noise from the elevators. The extremely helpful staff person carefully found me a much quieter room and seemed delighted that I liked it. Friendly Winnipeg people who made my stay more pleasant.

Parking was a bit of an issue. The bar and bartender was friendly and very attentive. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent.

Good quality for the price. Good location

We stayed at Hampton Inn Winnipeg for one night while passing through on our family road trip from North Bay, Ontario, and overall we had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and you could tell that the towels and bedding were new, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was fresh, well-maintained, and perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. We did experience a couple of minor issues—the toilet became clogged during our stay, and we were a bit surprised by the paid parking fee. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. The staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and we would definitely recommend it to other families or travelers passing through Winnipeg. We’d be happy to stay here again! 💕💯

Clean and nice place to stay downtown Winnipeg !

This hotel is beautiful!! It’s renovated and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only thing missing for kids is a pool. But I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was very nice and clean. The cleaning staff and the management appear to be very dilligent. The Breakfast was quite good although the line for the wafflemaker can be quite long. The attendant for the self serve breakfast was very kind and made us feel welcome. Although it was packed in the breakfast area you somehow felt like you were at home and there was a sense of comraderie with the other guests. The negatives in regards to the breakfast is that the coffee cups are tiny. I don't know if it's a diliberate choice but regardless if you are having tea you are essentially wasting a tea bag everytime you make a cup since you are getting approximately 100ml. You also have to pay for parking which seems to be standard in downtown Winnipeg but I can still say that is obviously unwelcome. The experience at time makes you feel like you are being nickeled and dimed. You do not get a water provided to you unless you use the tap or pay 3 dollars at the concession. Overall it was a good experience. If it wasn't for the monetization packed into every interaction with an element of the hotel it would be a very welcome and comfortable stay.

Good location, great basic hotel

Breakfast bar has lots of options. My kids are picky eaters and they all found something to enjoy.

Room was clean, bathroom was perfectly stocked and clean! Breakfast was great! Love that we had complimentary coffee anytime!
