Sadly the pics of the property are wayyyyyyyyy out dated. Way over priced, zero amenities, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM, thankfully Tim Horton's is 30 seconds away. Pleasant owners, but not worth the $$$$. Sings everywhere indicating "no refunds after payment is made" 😪😪😪

The room smelled and was extremely run down. I do not recommend that you stay here.

The place was a dump..people live there full time and it was very sketchy and creepy.dogs barking, motorbikes coming at going at 1 am for who knows what reason..probably hasnt been renovated since the 60s...there are alot better places to go for better prices and i would honestly felt better sleeping in the car then this place.i booked for 2 nights and left after the first night.plan well ahead and dont get stuck there like i did lmao..nice staff is all i can say about this place.

Parking was easy and directly outside the room, staff were okay upon check in

It was clean but rundown. The room was old, burn marks and an actual hole in the floor in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

Place hasn't been updated in 50 years. No coffee machine. One tissue in tissue box. Fridge freezer was full of ice that was yellow. Price was fairly high for condition of the place.

Room was clean, overall was ok for one night..

Easy access, clean room & bathroom. However, I gave up figuring out how to lock the door when we went for supper, my husband managed to get it locked. The step up from outside is way higher than code, a potential fall issue. The roofing shingles should have been replaced a good 5 years ago - not being mean, just happen to work in construction, and it struck us immediately. Mattress is very soft. We'll be crawling out to the car tomorrow, and will be in pain for hours!

Room was dirty, carpets are disgusting, dirty bathroom with dead flies. The remote for the TV was sticky and looked terrible. Wish I could upload photos of the room. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Check-in says that 1 PM was there 10 minutes before gave us our keys but told us to come back after two which we could not as we were heading to work at a wedding. Room was terribly outdated and not clean. We have been to several motels throughout the years that were Older and outdated, but always clean. This was not the case. On a hot summer night air conditioner did not push any cool air out. It was basically somewhat of a fan. We placed our overnight bag on a small table as we did not want to put on the upholsters chairs and when we came to take our bags, they literally stuck to the table that’s how sticky it was.Not going back and sadly will not promote to anyone to stay there 😔

The check in was fine, the woman at the desk was lovely. The parking lot is crumbling asphalt/gravel. The rooms are wood paneling - likely original. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it probably a couple decades old. The bed spreads…also original. The mattress was pretty good oddly enough. The small AC unit was barely operating and super loud. No water pressure for the shower. Overall the room had a smell that was trying to be covered up by a car air freshener hanging on a light bulb suspended on the ceiling. I can’t believe the rate was $150 considering I just stayed in downtown Kingston at the Marriot for $235.

What pleasure to stay here! The owner is outgoing and bubbly. This is 1950s motor lodge that is good repair. Very family oriented (from a senior's perspective). We were in a backsie room, and felt like we we in a summer cottage.
