Easy to find

They advertised a hot tub but was empty.

Check-in was easy. But the property is poorly maintained. Towels were yellowish and comforters were literally dirty and covered with sheets. And the property was noisy even after 11pm.

Very clean room... would be nice if they wash their carpets often.

Not very impressed, toilet was not functioning, very challenging with 3 kids.

Pretty average, bed to sleep on.

This is old property not worth for $$

From the outside it doesn’t look amazing but the room and bed was much nicer inside. Our room did unfortunately smell like either urine or litter when we arrived. However we left the window open for 8 hours and then it was fine by the time we went to bed. Still, that’s an odd smell to walk into. We both immediately smelt it.

This property was exacty what we needed .we had a family reunion in Revelstoke and we had the family suite.we had 85 year old to 1 year old in the same room and it was great we all had our own comfortable bed.The air conditioner worked great. My only complaint was there was a work Van parked cross wise in front of our room so we werent able to park close to our room which was hard for mom and her walker.

The staff is very kind. The bathroom not very clean and the smell of the room is not very nice .

Quite room with a large comfortable bed and clean washroom. It was a nice stay for the night.

It was fine. It had a bed. That's about all there is to say. Just, fine.

Property was clean and it was above average

The room is simple and nice as one would expect from a larger chain but without the price. The bathroom looks like it was recently renovated and is quite well done. The only issue we had was using the tv remote which was extremely well used and needed to be replaced. Overall, we would stay here again.

It was pretty run down for the amount we paid. Toilet leaked everytime I flushed, there was mold and the tub was broken to name a few and there was no one available for us to check out

Tv is not working tried to call the office no one answer It was okay but not so great also they advertise the free breakfast meal but nothing

It was easy to find, easy drive to stores and amenities and was quite. Room did not have a good smell so bought febreeze and it made a difference.

We booked the 2 bedroom family suite with the large balcony! Well that room DOESN’T exist!!! What used to be the balcony is now a fully built addition to the motel! Yet they still advertise it!!!! Don’t fall for it! They gave us suite 68 and it smelled so bad, I nearly vomited!!!! There must have been a long term tenant in there and the smell of cooked food was so bad! We opened every window, turned on every fan and the AC but it didn’t get the smell out! The first morning I was awoken to the smell of tobacco and food cooking in another unit! Our clothes completely stunk!!!! I tried to talk to the lady in the “lobby” but she barely understood English and would just cut me off and repeat what I said! We won’t stay here again and we won’t recommend it to anyone!
