Staff were great, room was clean, neighbours weren’t loud, room was comfortable. Some things I feel they should install/improve on as a motel would be installing a mini fridge in the rooms, I wasn’t able to keep any leftovers or groceries because I had nowhere to keep them good. Also installing a deadbolt or second lock for safety - as a woman travelling alone only one lock that can be undone with a key or lock pick was rather unsettling. Otherwise bathroom was great, bedroom and table with coffee maker. I stayed in a newly renovated room, very clean. Thank you for your hospitality!

Front desk staff extremely unhelpful - they were having issues with debit/credit machine and although the room was already paid for they would not make any accommodations for making the $100 incidental payment. This led to me and my family having no where to stay for the night and instead of getting a rest at the hotel before a long drive home with our children, we had no choice to start our 11 hour travel home at midnight after a long day in B.C. terrible service and not helpful at all. Another group was dealing with the same issue during our check in as well.

Room number 29 was given to us Room smelled of a dog ! Room was unclean Bedsheets were stained with black marks! Floor has gaps between tiles! Window was broken at the edge and was taped with scotch tape! The shower tray was chipped and unclean

This great property has had some pretty terrible reviews BUT the owner’s are truly putting in a lot of work to make it amazing. We were given the opportunity to stay in a brand new room , thank you Eugenia , it was a surprise for sure , the renovations have definitely paid off , our room , as many of the newly renovated ones are beautifully clean, and welcoming, with so much space , great lighting, and a fantastic bathroom (complete with all the great shampoos etc,etc ) and even a warming mirror, walk in shower with a rain fall head . It was budget friendly and a little bougie too . Definitely recommended:)

Room was in very poor condition. No towels No handsome Shower didn't work.. when I brought it to their attention, he said you just have to pull the handle, or push the lever, I told exactly, if there was one to push. One very thin blanket on the bed. I will say the bed was clean..

Checked in around 11.30 pm, very good price for the accommodation to be honest stayed in their double queen bed room and it was just perfect. Also got to know that i was the first one to use that room as it was recently built
