The room had ants Appliances. Needed to be change microwave was like a 747 taking off room not clean enough

Everything in the room worked fine. The furnishings were dated. Towels and other things were fine.

Bath towels are really hard like, but other then that, was good place to stay the night.

Its a low cost option, but the walls are thin and I could hear everything next door. The guy was coughing theough the night and then put his tv on from 6am. Some time around 1am people came banging on the doors. I was not able to get a good nights sleep.

No communication between Expedia and the hotel. Didn’t know we had a reservation.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. The room was great and perfect for my stay over.

Although the room was small, it was large enough for us. We were there to sleep only while on our way to Toronto. It was clean and the checkin staff was very pleasant. We would stay again if we are back to the area.

It was a clean room and very convenient location. Close to the 401 and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again

I spent hours with the manager, with Expedia, and with my credit card company trying to figure out why I was being charged $20 more than Expedia advertised. He either didn’t know how to use the handheld credit card reader, or was trying to pull a fast one. Was I the first US citizen trying to pay with US dollars using credit there? It was a nightmare!

Very nice little property, could use improved lighting at night. Little pricey for the size of room/lack of amenities (coffee but no tea, no writing tools or note paper), but very crisp and clean. Dog fee of $20/night reasonable.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds, park right outside your door, friendly service.
