The hosts were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. The place was ready for us with no hassles when we arrived. Clean, neat, and very clear instructions on how to navigate certain appliances with ease.

It was a small apartment in the upstairs of an old house. Very charming! It had a small kitchen for making your own meals, as well as living room with comfy couch & chair and TV. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and easy to comunicate with. Would be beautiful in the summer as it has a backyard garden! Host runs a garden store beside the house. Lots of plants for purchase as well as garden ornaments. A wonderful place to visit!

A really lovely little place! Delightful owner & fabulous greenhouse/garden art shop attached. Very handy for my purposes, very clean & lots of space for 1 or 2 people.

Excellent place to stay. Margaret is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The flat was very warm and cosey. We were very happy we chose to stay here. We would love to see the gardens in the summer.

The rental is attached to a flower shop and it looks like the back gardens would be spectacular in the warmer months. (We were there in January). It’s an older home but lots of care and thoughtfulness has went into making it a cozy retreat.

Love the quaint apartment with two bedrooms, living room, small kitchen, and one bathroom. Perfect size for 4 people. Breakfast items in the fridge to make. The gardens are beautiful to look at, it gives you a sense of tranquility. I highly recommend staying at Burley's Garden and suite. The owner received us with a warm welcome and great conversation about Peterborough and other places.

We had a wonderful, short stay while visiting family in the area and we would highly recommend! Margaret made us feel welcomed and at home.

Easy check-in, Margaret was welcoming and showed the ins and outs of the suite. Nice backyard. One can watch the birds from the balcony/ windows. Good breakfast materials provided. The garden store is open everyday and has some nice plants and garden trinkets.

Well equipped and very hospitable!

The apartment is a real home from home. We booked both bedrooms and had plenty of space. Easy drive into Peterborough or to Trent University. Hosts are very welcoming.

Booking was simple, the room (apartment, really) was like a home away from home, and the hosts were friendly and happy to out. Would definitley come.back.
