Property was spotlessly clean. Quiet and relaxing just the way we liked it. Conveniently located close to Niagara Falls and the very pretty town of Niagara on the Lake. Breakfast was great too!

Lovely spot with vineyard in backyard.

It was a nice stay. Room was clean and tidy. There was no air conditioning or air movement but we found a fan in the closet. Windows were left open. There was sound barrier between owners area and our room (we could hear their tv through our headboard wall as well as dishes clanking). We didnt participate in the breakfast provided. Note- you sit at one dinning room table with all of the other guests which i found to be strange.

Our experience was amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, our room was spotless, breakfast options were great, and our host was as welcoming as can be! We’d love to come back!

TV is not connected. Bringing my laptop to use the TV was unreasonable. Could have a shelf in the shower for soaps.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard Villa B&B. Room was lovely and very clean. Would have liked a coffee maker available for use in our room. Breakfast was excellent! Cable TV would have been preferred, Netflix was only option available. Other than that it was a great stay, would definitely return in the future!

On our 5-week holiday our 2-night stay at Vineyard Villa was our favourite experience! It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Our room was a home away from home, location was gorgeous and peaceful, and hosts were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

We had such an amazing time at this B&B. Edita is very nice and communicative about staying here. The property is gorgeous and backs up to multiple vineyards. It is well located near a Hike and Bike trail that leads to the downtown area as well as multiple nearby wineries (both walking and biking distance). The breakfast was amazing, we had three mornings there and included two patios breakfasts and one chillier morning we ate inside. Fresh eggs made for delicious omelets!

The property is surrounded by vineyards; it's completely serene. Breakfast on the deck overlooking one of the vineyards was a wonderful start to the day. Edita and her husband are gracious and so hospitable! We will certainly return in the future.

This was the absolute perfect Bed & Breakfast. My wife and I booked here not knowing what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic as it backs on to two major vineyards (walkable to both). The rooms were spotless and quaint. The property is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The best part however was the service. Super friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. 10/10, highly recommend. We absolutely will be back!

The place is much nicer in person than what you see in the pictures. Good location, walked from the property to the 2 wineries practically in the backyard. Great morning breakfast and nice host.
