I recently stayed at the Capri inn during a road trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep.

The cost and how close it was to the place I had to go.

Bfast a little sparse but certainly better than nothing. We would stay again. Thanx

Very affordable. The room was very comfy and spacious. Beds very very comfy. But you do get what you pay for. There was a dirty towel in the room. Only 3 forks and 3 plates in a 6 person suite. No mugs. The coffee maker didnt work. The breakfast was good when stocked, but it was not stocked enough. 2 muffins were only ever put out one at a time, even with the breakfast room full. There was definitely not enough breakfast items. Overall, the rooms were very nice but the service needs some attention.

Good value for the money if you're just needing a place to sleep. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here and requested a room close to an exit as i have a dog. They put me near the exit however the keys did not work to get into that exit. So i had to walk around the building to the front entrance than all the way through the maze of this establishment. Went to the front desk 5 times cause my keys would not work in the room door. They never worked for the exit door. The rooms smelt like curry and body odor mixed. It was absolutely disgusting. The floor boards in the room were loose not sure if they are storing stuff under the floor boards. Front desk staff extremely rude and dont care about customer service or the fact that the keys dont work. The parking lot was a sking rink. Somone is going to slip and sue this place. But once again staff didnt care. There was also a pot hole in one of the parking stalls thats so big it would swallow a cars whole tire. Once again staff didnt care to block it off. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Place reminds me of a detention facility

Older hotel which isn’t the problem, foreigners run it, and not maintained very well, will not be back.

Friendly staff

This is usually my go to in Smithers but this time it wasn’t so good. There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom sink which was told to the staff.

Ive become a member client as the front desk service are very compassionate

Staff went above and beyond, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area (as im new in town). Would definitely stay there again !

Internet has no security, someone tried to access my device. Don’t use their wifi. Someone tried to get in my room. They didn’t verify identification. They were friendly and it was clean. There was loud laundry and loud other guests. They only give you one key. If you book online they make you pay at the property but it verifies payment online.

The included breakfast was disappointing. My experience was fine otherwise.

Not convenient for handicap people. No automatic door openers
