The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It would have been better if they had a fridge in the room and provided water in the room. Something we are used to from traveling. Also there is only one elevator and our rooms were really far from it. Overall the hotel was pretty good.

Our stay involved extraordinarily hot temperatures by Zürich standards. The AC did not lower or cool the room temperature at all. That is my only complaint. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was just not comfortable for sleeping.

Great stay

The location is great. It’s walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Very close to the Zürich HB train station, very convenient. The shower needs full sliding doors, not half way. Rooms should have a telephone electric kettle & a small fridge. Overall good experience.

An excellent Zürich hotel, great room, lovely breakfast, amazingly friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center, train station, Lake Zurich, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms with tall windows. The only thing missing is a mini fridge to keep beverages cold, especially during the heat wave. We were within walking distance of all the main areas.

They dont have ac, what they have is a fan - small fan - this is extremely misleading for a hot hot day like 90 F and above you can't be in a room where it is hotter and more humid than outside!

Hotels attractive the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly. The air-conditioning is nonexistent. In the current heat wave it’s horrible.

Good location and bar, speedy check in and out.

Very beautiful hotel lobby and courtyard area. Our room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. There also isn't a fan in the bathroom so it got very humid and muggy in there. We were there during a heatwave and the hotel AC system couldn't handle the heat (which is understandable). The staff did their best to track down a fan for our room to at least get the air moving, which was especially important given the huge windows facing the sun in our room. The view was wonderful but we had to keep the curtains most of the time. Climate change is coming for everyone so hopefully the hotel will implement measures to help make summers more tolerable.

The hotel was great! The only thing was the air conditioner was barely working and it was so hot while we were there. We asked if they had any fans but they did not. That was our only complaint.

We were only there for one night but was impressed with the comfort of room, location of property, and friendliness of staff.
