Great hotel with very cool rooms. Great balcony view of the Matterhorn

Room was unique like the name of the hotel. Hot tub/spa area was pretty nice. Had some trouble sleeping due to loud partiers at bars downstairs, and the church bell that goes off at 7:00am-ish in the morning. So be wary of that, as there is no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open to cool the room down is noisy.

Absolutely fabulous hotel both in atmosphere and location. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the local sites and restaurants. We hope to be able to come back one day.

Fantastic service with the staff we were very happy with the room. Wished we would have brought our swimming suits to take advantage of the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant was good. Would stay here again and we weren’t even here to ski, charming town!

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy

Incredible staff and amazing location.

It was an amazing stay! I highly recommend the Unique Hotel Post. Upon arrival we were greeted with prosecco and made to feel at home while checking in. Our rooms were comfortable and had breathtaking views of the village. Our location was exemplary, in the heart of Zermatt and near all shopping. I can't wait to visit again.

We loved our stay at Unique Post Hotel! It is a charming boutique hotel with a number of restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff! Highly recommend! We were very fortunate to get an upgrade for our stay to their best suite! Simply wonderful!! Thank you Post Hotel!

Great stay, location is wonderful right in the center of everything. Didn’t care for the breakfast however the complimentary upgrade made up for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our time in Zermatt enjoyable

A stunning property, yet essential rest/sleep becomes impossible due to the location's nature. Beautiful hotel, but our stay was a nightmare, marred by constant noise from inside and nearby venues. Staff's lack of information and afterwards indifference to our concerns left a very disappointing impression. Would STAY AWAY from booking here. We later stayed in the Omnia Hotel and the difference was beyond words.

Great hotel and location, room was good too. Unfortunately very loud until 5am due to the location. This made it hard to get some sleep.
