Hotel is in quite location. Clean property. Big room for family of 4. Hope they woul provide body lotion as well in the bathroom. Also, the pillows on the sofa bed (which we used for our family) could have been a little firmer. They were folded over.

Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff and close to bus transportation!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our checkin was simple, parking was great, it’s a beautiful spot, the staff was super helpful and gracious, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our two week trip in Europe - it was awesome!

The hotel is well maintained. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend eating at the hotel's restaurant, the food is outstanding, and the menu changes.

Very friendly service and great location with free parking. The breakfast was quite average and the room does not come with any mini fridge or a kettle.

This is a nice property in the quite and peaceful Meggen area. Its just a few minutes from Luzern and the city bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. We had breakfast included and it was lovely! The room was comfortable and spacious. The only minor suggestion I would make is a microwave and self service laundry. Regardless, I highly recommend this property.

Everyone was very welcoming, service was great. Room was beautiful and spacious and the view was great. Would recommend and stay here again with pleasure

Large, clean comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet. Outdoor terrace off of dining room beautiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the woman at reception in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, quiet, excellent view

There was a lot of street noise. People talking and laughing loudly under our window until 1:00 am. Very hard to sleep at night due to being near the restaurant.

Beautiful location with friendly hotel staff. Doesn’t have AC but if it gets too got you can open the windows. Wonderful breakfast, especially when sitting outside. We enjoyed one night here. The free transportation pass is helpful to get into town.
