The location is excellent if you want to see old Quebec city. The staff were really amazing and the room that we selected was perfect.

Absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel. The room was spacious and clean and gave a bit of a rustic feel. I also really appreciated the lounge/lobby on the first floor. It was a great place to relax or gather our thoughts before we left for the day. They also provided a coffee machine and water, which was a bonus. The hotel is situated nicely so that you can walk to everything (including the train. However be prepared for the steep hills!). The staff were very nice and accommodating (especially when I needed something after the pharmacy was closed, they were able to assist!). Finally, do yourself a favor and order the breakfast basket in the morning. If I am ever in Quebec City, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

This hotel is everything it says it is and much more. The people are beautiful souls and the hotel is just exquisite. The location is unbeatable and the price was extremely fair.

Nice and clean. Modern yet has some vibe of old Quebec. Room is spacious. Location is great. Close to everything you need! My room is on street side and still very quiet. It’s not Chateau de Frontenac but it is a very nice hotel to stay!

The hospitality of the staff was beyond excellent! As soon as I arrived at the property, the worker at the front desk was very quick to help with anything my boyfriend and I needed. The hotel itself is very clean, cute, quiet and has perfect amenities for everyone. I overall very much enjoyed my stay and would totally rebook at this hotel if staying in the area again!!

Nice hotel, very well located, our room didn't have enough ventilation, don't smell good and it is way too hot inside. Off season the area is odd.

My first time at this hotel was great! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and spoke both French and English. The hotel is conveniently located near everything, and there are some really great restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast included fresh croissants, fruits, and juice.
