Did not clean my room not once and I was there for 4 days. I had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels.

The AC was not working in a hotel where you pay ~160€ and also no fan was there in the room.. No Electric Kettle in the room

Best hotel in the area, walking distance to a shopping mall and easy access to the motorway. Room was serviced daily to a very high standard I will definitely stay here again. The only critism I have is there was not enough hot food at breakfast which was pricey.

Stayed here after a match at Kybunpark. 5 mins walk from stadium so a great option for that. Front desk staff very friendly, quick and easy check in. Room was very nice, very high ceilings with full length window give it a very airy feel. The window has an outer shutter which can be controlled from switches in the room meaning you can close it up over night and still get the fresh air without worrying about leaving the window wide open! Is a couple of miles south of St Gallen, if coming on train its a quick walk from Winkeln station. Lot of restaurants etc within a few mins walk. Definitely will come back it I'm in St Gallen again

Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - On-site parking (outside and underground garage) - Very conveniently located (walking distance to large shopping center and football stadium, 1 min drive from highway) - Clean and modern Cons: - Signage within the building could be better (it is difficult to find rooms, exits, elevators) - Reception/breakfast/bar separate building (not pleasant when cold outside) - Shower got colder every couple of minutes - Breakfast was quite basic (the cereal selection shown in pictures was not present)

From our check-in to check-out great communication and service. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. our room was spacious and modern, the bathroom just beautiful.

Very nice hotel, modern spacious rooms, which are good value for money. Lovely bathrooms with walk in showers. The bed was comfortable with lovely pillows (hard to find good pillows). Staff were friendly and there is secure underground parking linked with the hotel. The surrounding area is not very nice though, not a place i would go for a holiday. However as i was there for business it was the perfect location for my work trip. All in all as swiss hotels go its a great sized room and good value for money. If i work in St Gallen i will definitely stay there again.

Loved the hotel, looks brand spank'ed new. Free parking nice breakfast, great internet , comfortable beds and the important thing, the pillow was fantastic! Great welcoming, super friendly staff too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next visit to Appenzell!

outside windows courtain annoying bits in the night. Has a small hall in ceiling where come cold air all time and you can not close it. There is a mall and supermarkets nearby. Bathroom door is not closing properly and if there are 2 persons in room the other one can see other person what is doing in bathroom and you do not have intimacy that is very very bad.

Room was warm

This is a brand new building, in a newer part of St.Gallen. My room was squeaky clean and had great lighting, a desk and two pretty comfortable chairs, a safe, a large window with drapes that completely blocked the light for sleeping, and a very nice bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a shopping mall close by. The hotel is about eight bus stops away from the train station and main tourist destinations, and it's about a ten minute walk to the closest stop. Buses come every five to ten minutes.

Fantastic stay. Would stay again. The counter was served (I think) by the owner himself - very friendly and responsive to any requests. The room was spacey, clean and nice.

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times now and will always use it again if traveling to the St Gallen area. The rooms are modern and clean and you are made to feel welcome by the staff. Location is good if you are going to the football and the hotel has easy access to the motorway. The shopping mall nearby also has restaurants and shops to pass the time if you are bored.

This was the sweetest hotel. The rooms were amazing and huge, as was the bathroom. The only downfall was that there was no AC but staff got us a fan which helped. This is such a cool hotel. It is right off the highway and across from Ikea. I will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay on our way though Switzerland. Just off the motorway with a huge shopping center about a 3 minute walk away. Super modern and very clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, close walking distance to shopping Mall, local Buses and restaurant. Staff were professional, very pleasant and helpful. There was a buffet breakfast offered in lobby for a charge, however I did not use it. I would have loved to have a small fridge or coffee maker in my room instead of breakfast Buffet. However, that's just my personal preference. I enjoyed my stay very much and would certainly use this hotel again.

This was an extended saty of 14 nights in total due to a business trip. Shops close at 7pm includng restuarants and no food is being served at the diner. So each night having food was a major problem. The only respite was on Thursdays when the shopping areana closes later than usual. There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room. And they told me that i booked the room w/o breakfast. So I told them to charge me for breakfast as and when I took it as I could have breakfast at my office. At the end, they charged me breakfast for EVERYDAY. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Great stay visiting our family in the area. We were warmly looked after and our little baby loved the kind staff and the attention to detail.
