Ok place to stay

It’s a budget hotel but in a good location.The room was really basic

Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich.

The customer service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and available 24/7. Upon entering my room, there was a slight cigarette smoke odor that did not go away. After the first night, my bathroom had a consistent strong sewage odor most likely coming from the shower drain. There must be a defect with the plumbing to allow that odor to come through. Room 525 to be exact. I was out and about most of the day so I didn’t bother to bring it up to pack up and move to another room which may have similar issues. Aside from that, these rooms are simple and efficient for travelers. Breakfast was not included in the base price. Personally, I would spend a little bit extra on a bigger chain hotel that included breakfast. The mall was across the street so I ate breakfast there which was cheaper than the hotel’s daily rate.

Very nice and helpful staff, nice room with all basic things. Breakfast a bit limited but enough. Overall, good stay. There's the Glatt mall just outside, which is convenient.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel conveniently close to the airport and shops.

Although it was a short walk to the train stations and mall, the rooms were extremely tiny to stay with some luggage. The rooms are more like dormitories than hotels. Guess this is what you get for in the price

The staff here were all incredible. The property location is awesome. Very easy to get to anywhere! Will definitely be back.

The best part of the stay is it has AC while many others in the same range don't. Its close to the airport in 10-15mins drive depending on the time of the day. I would prefer to find a street parking then a overnight 21 CHF. Which is for cheaper than one of the other one where we were charged 36. Breakfast not included but you can pay extra. Beds were 2 small and feel like you can fall from it in the night. Good cheap option for a night stay but not more.

Facility was clean and cozy. However the room was small and didn’t have enough space for two. There was no fridge in the room. You need to put your stuff in lobby.

The property was good. The area was weird because there were no restaurants or food places at all. Just business offices. The room was small and had no sunshade. Just a sheer curtain. Walkable to the train station and the tram station which was what I was looking for

Small rooms and outside city center but close to public transportation and good value for cost.

Loved our stay here. Very close walkable distance to train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Walkable distance to mall, restaurants and stores. AC worked terrific in 90 degree weather. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Felt very safe and comfortable here.

The location is not good. The hotel service is bad, not good for tourist. No room service, you have to go down to the front desk to get new towels, etc. No working ice machine. I will never book a hotel with B & B again!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was shopping across the street!

This was an excellent property. Quiet, safe, and easy access to the city trains. The staff was very helpful in explaining the local train access and service the next morning. *I arrived late at night and didn't understand the city train so the taxi from the main train station was 50 euro for 5 kilometers! Highly recommend you understand how to get from main station to the local station that is about an 8 minute walk to the hotel. Great place with great staff, would definitely stay again.
