Weird room design No heater.

It was so difficult to find the way to the room. Had to go through first floor and fire stairs to go to the room. The first floor corridor was dark without light and had to use flash light to find my way to my room.

The room was big enough, very cozy, we liked it. The room was clean and well equipped. We liked the rustic vibe and totally loved the interior of the room. And the big cherry on top was the living room/lobby where we ate and watched movies.

It was good area and clean

Very clean accommodation. It would have been nice to have soap/shower gel/shampoo. Containers were there but empty. The church across the street is beautiful but very noisy!

This is very good location for staying in Koncept hotel it is heart of Switzerland

The property was great and super clean. The check in and check out process was so simple.

I did not like the self check in. Even though we figured it out it was very intimidating for a first time doing it.

Did not like rafters in room. Couldn’t stand up in half the room. Would have switched rooms if a human being was on site. Check-in very inconvenient- did not like self check in. Took me an hour. No free coffee. No restroom on ground floor in case needed ASAP or room restroom busy. Few restraints open in town.

We loved our room, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the shower was great with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking was free and easy, a huge bonus in acountry with limited parking. A great restaurant is a two minute walk away and a Coop grocery store is about a seven minute walk. I stayed here last year and again this year will stay again any

Overall it was an okay stay. We initially got lost trying to find the checkin. It is NOT in the back of the hotel as described in our welcome email. You checkin in on the main level in the building right next door to the parking. We went up and down stairs trying to find the checkin and there are parts of the hotel (the downstairs storage) that were sketch. Our room was actually pretty decent and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Warning- The hotel is right across the street from a church and the church bells go off every 15 minutes. They kept me awake one of the nights. Checkout was easy on the tablet.

The hotel is a total bait and switch. The nice little lobby they show in the pictures is just a broken down kitchen with a cooler. I will say the actual bet and bathrooms where very clean but the entire building is old and not clean or comfortable. We arrived late are first night. The no one ever gave us their “reservation number” inn had what was provided by hotels.com and it was not working. Due to poor cell service I was unable to contact the company and we had to go purchase another hotel. The next day we tried to go during day time which is when we really noticed it was 100% not as advertised. I asked to cancel my stay. Management refused to do anything about either night.

Room was nice and spacious. Not a king bed, 2 twins pushed together, so slept on a twin. No refrigerator or microwave, and no coffee refillled during room cleaning or anything, which was fairly disappointing as one who needs caffeine in the morning. Other that that it was fine.

This was for me a new experience with a hotel without frontdesk but everything is arranged by virtual check-in. There is no breakfast service but you can access a dining room, there is a coffee machine and fridges with sandwiches and soft drinks. The room was super nicely renovated, everything was good and I had a good stay.

Let me just start by saying that the room I had was very spacious. I came as a solo female traveler and it felt comfortable being there the whole time. House keeping came on my second day there and did amazing I appreciated that they did not disrupt anything in the room and left it how I had felt most comfortable. I will say that I can see this place getting hot in the summers due to lack of AC. It was a bit noisy at times at night because of lack of respect from other guests so I do wish they had some type of noise control in that aspect. My biggest con was check in just because I did not feel like it’s very clear. Had someone else not helped me to get into the hotel I would’ve definitively be lost. So I feel that signs should be posted and more clear so that others don’t have the same issue. I was not the only person confused because during my 5 days there I saw at least two other people standing in the front confused as well so that can use some improvement. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from a station which is great. The location of this hotel is in a small town and there are a couple places walking distance such as a grocery store and a few restaurants but just beware of business hours. My overall stay was very pleasant and if I were in Switzerland again I would consider staying here again. I definitely recommend!

This property is in the rural town. We didn’t have coffee maker or microwave. No one on the property for customer service. The clock tower sounds bell every 15 mins and at the hour. No Uber service late evening like 8 pm.

The upstairs room was made by converting an attic. It would get so hot that the inside room temperature would go to around 90F (32 C). I was sweating constantly even 2 mins after taking shower. When complained, they said they could provide a fan but they never did. Also the town is a dead town. Everything closes at 5pm Saturday, everything is closed on Sunday, I mean everything! It opens back up on Monday. It would be much better to get a hotel in Bern than this dead town.

The hotel is super clean. Nothing fancy but it does the job. The location is convenient to explore all the tourists destinations nearby. They were very nice to change my room. The first one was very nice but under the roof, so it was very hot during the night. They gave my one much cooler for the rest of my stay.

Great spot for visiting the Jungfrau, Interlakenhoheweg and Bern. Easy to check in and out. Lovely room on ground floor to use to eat in. Room size good for two adults and one child. Air con and better quality towels (one was ripped, and all were thin) would improve the quality of the stay. However would stay again.
