Very clean, a lot of amenities and affordable

The flat in Aladdin studios was spacious and very clean. David was very helpful on the first day. However on Hotels.com this flat/studio was advertised as a hotel which is very misleading. There is no hotel reception. You have to go to the youth hostel for breakfast - no problem but you should be told this before you book

Make sure you have a door locked (the housekeeper's entry without knocking!) The broken shower door and mattress are old and very comfy.

Worked great for our one night stay. Very large and comfortable.

Our stay was not so good since we didn’t have power in the apartment for most of our stay.

Sad we were only able to stay here for a night. The views were great. There are 2 bus stops fairly close and walkable. If you have luggage, it’s easier to go to the top bus stop otherwise you will have a short gradual incline to climb but nothing crazy. I’m sure I would have more positive things to say if we had stayed longer. The room was great as was the balcony view. Very clean and good size! Host was very responsive and helpful and gave recommendations!

The property was wonderful but it is adjacent to a noisy industrial facility

Expensive. Have a bus service within 150 meters. Not much attractive for living. May be good for ski athletes. Amenities are ordinary but nice wooden ceilings. A place of have or have not. .

David from Hotel Stille upgraded our standard double room to studio apartment with balcony. What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door of apartment. Everything is so nice and we wish we could stay longer… Thank you David for the free upgrade !! We would like to suggest maybe the hotel could install white light in the living hall area as we feel it would be easier to search for our things in the hall

The place is better than we expected!! David is the one who welcomed us. He is super nice and very responsive!!!! The place is clean and bright. The breakfast in the Youth Hostel is too plain. We checked and left. If you are coming from the train station, take bus 9 and get off at the last stop “Youth Hostel”. The hotel is just across the parking lot. You can buy bus ticket on the bus, 9 CHF/person, but only 1 per hr. Overall, it’s a good place and good value.

We decided to go to the winder polo match at the last second and found Hotel Stille. It is clean and economical. The staff is super kind and helpful! The breakfast buffet is good and there is storage for bags and skis. There is also a bus that runs every 30 minutes in front of the hotel It is filled with skiers heading to the gondola. It's on the other side of the lake from the train station, so if you can get the bus to and from the station, that is ideal is it is only 3 francs compared to around 30 - 40 francs for a taxi. There is a nice little bar and people are super sociable. I met people at breakfast and then saw them at the polo later and we caught up some more. There is a nice little bar, which is full of skiers and fun folks in the evenings. I would recommend it 100%.
