Everything was super clean and plenty staff.

Extremely convenient to train station and gondola. Beautiful location near upper lake. Restaurant excellent with English menu. And restaurant staff were great.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and considerate. The food was excellent, and nicely served. The room was picturesque - quaint yet modern, and we enjoyed the balcony.

Our hotel stay was a great experience from start to finish. The combination of Swiss charm and modern convenience was the best of both worlds. The staff is very friendly and makes one feel at home instantly. This quaint hotel is smack in the middle of Arosa, with the train station and the Upper Lake a few steps away, a grocery store and several restaurants around the corner.

This was the first time staying at this hotel, although we have eaten in the restaurant over a number of years. A lot of effort has gone into refurbishing the rooms, which retain a traditional alpine feel but are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was great and the service then and throughout was attentive and friendly, despite the restaurant and hotel being pretty full.

Ganz besonders hat uns der ehrliche und professionelle Kundenservice gefallen. Auch das Restaurant ist eine ehrliche Empfehlung wert.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Wirklich schönes Zimmer gute Grösse. Einzig Lavabo und WC sind etwas nahe. Aber kein Problem. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Auch beim Abendessen, sehr aufmerksam. Wir können das Hotel Vetter mit gutem Gewissen nur loben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 👍

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber. Das Restaurant unten ist fantastisch. Dieses 3* Hotel hat einen höheren Standard als viele 4* Hotel.
