Very clean good facilities

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and close to Yokohama station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

This property was close to Yokohama station making it convenient to get from point A to B. It was small but clean and perfect for our pre-cruise stay. Enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast which was just enough for us to start the day.

The hotel staff was quite polite and allowed me to keep my luggage until check in. The area around the hotel has quite a lot of options for food and shopping. Quite convenient. The night view through my window was quite cool too!

Great clean hotel! Amazing location by main Yokohama station and tons of restaurants and shopping right outside basically. Loved it and great staff.

A simple hotel that just does what you need it to. Bed is on the firm side and the train can be heard sometimes but that isn't an issue for me personally. Looks like a popular club is nearby causing a decent amount of traffic

立地として、飲屋街に近いので楽でした。施設がきれいで喫煙部屋でしたが、入った瞬間の匂いもよかったです。部屋でタバコを吸うと少し臭いが困りやすい印象で空気清浄機があるとより良かったと思います。アメニティに、クシがないのが残念でした。

お部屋は見た目少し狭く感じますが1人の宿泊には十分です。 朝食が気軽に食べられるおにぎり🍙ですが種類が多くてとても気に入りました。

清潔で本当に居心地が良かったです。

横浜でのライブの際に利用させていただきました。 お部屋もきれいで、無料の朝食(しゅうまいおにぎり)もおいしかったです。 駅から近くて便利でしたが、ライブが終わって夜にホテルに戻る時の環境はあまりよくないなぁと思いました。

他の口コミでもあった通り線路が近いため電車の音が気になりますがそれ以外とても快適でした。朝食についてはおにぎり、パン、3種類のスープが用意されておりとても良かったです。電話での問い合わせも丁寧に対応してもらえたのも良かったです。
