Nice stay

The staff here is all exceptionally friendly and keep the hotel very clean. The breakfast offerings are delicious and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and there is a variety of pillows from which to choose. I highly recommend, and if you go, please say hello to the owners, Lorena and Piero.

A lovely spot on the edge of town, great place to recharge or base a winetasting trip. Don’t miss a dip in the pool on a hot day - so refreshing!

Excellent friendly staff! Grounds are well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Good breakfast - lacks a bar (but can buy drinks from reception). We had a balcony room - was great but decor slightly dated. We hired bikes from hotel (okay and came with helmets) - it is about 40 mins cycle to main wineries - sadly some of the route is fast roads (Uber is very cheap however). Would stay here again!

We stayed here and unfortunately the hotel did not match the reviews. We got to the hotel and checked in quickly, but after arriving and a long day of travelling we wanted to freshen up in the Whirlpool bath we specifically booked. Unfortunately there was no hot water. I raised this immediately to reception who spent the next 2 hours tryingto fix it without luck. I asked to be moved rooms and they did not allow this, despite there only being 3 other rooms booked in that day (out of at least 12) I was promised it would be fixed, but it never did. The bathroom had serious signs of damp and was permanently cold, and at no point during our stay did we get hot water. Upon checkout the hotel tried to charge even more than the booked rate on hotels.com at which point I had to negotiate them down to a lower rate and this took over 30 minutes to complete. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, but really moving me to another room that worked would have been the most helpful thing they could do, or just allow me to stay in another hotel. The rate I paid was still far too much and if you're paying full price, don't bother it isn't justified.

A small hotel that makes you feel at home with amenities for the few in the hotel. Service and attention amazing. Not the greatest dining spot.

La Perla made our visit to Santa Cruz and the surrounding wine region a delight. The hotel grounds we beautiful and the hotel was spotless! Great service at front desk with efficient help in setting up winery visit, dining reservations and horseback rides. We would without a doubt use La Perla again.

Very nice quiet resort with friendly staff. Although, don't forget your wine glasses, they will rent you one for 3$. Yes, rent. But got there, you won't regret it.

Sadly because so many tourists cancelled due to problems in Santiago their restaurant wasnt open but that wasn't their fault. A beautiful place to stay.

Loved this place. Beautifully landscaped gardens, peaceful pool area, room had view over gardens and large orchard next door. Lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations at neighboring vineyards. Room comfortable and clean. 5 minute Car or Uber to town. Looking forward to going back.

This hotel is a gem in the Santa Cruz area (or for many areas in South America.). The hotel is beautiful, well designed and decorated. They have a nice pool and bar area for enjoying a relaxing drink. The morning breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Santa Cruz area.

The property is clean with nice amenities. It is secure and in quite area with great location. The breakfast is one of the best we have had.

The owners built this hotel 2 years ago. It is also their home. Rooms are large, comfortable spotlessly clean. Air conditioning is effective but the fan makes a noise if you are out on your balcony - you can hear the air con fans from other rooms outside too. The pool is a great asset, not heated but warm when we stayed in November. No restaurant other than excellent breakfast served 9-10.30. We had to check out at 8am the last day but they're prepared breakfast for us early. The hotel will suggest restaurants and book a car. The return car / taxi cost us 6000 pesos return equivalent to 2 beers. Would stay again. Highly recommended.
