The hotel has friendly and attentive staff, and the location is clean, safe, and accessible for a very reasonable price; I would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Safe for female solo travelers

Extremely friendly staff & the property was very pretty. Had great insulation, in proximity to Santiago metro & major restaurants. In room you can find towels, cloth house slippers, wine bottle and a complimentary 1.5 liter water bottle.

Staff service and room were both amazing!

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent.It was described as Continental, but was way more than that including made to order eggs. Hotel is close to Metro and supermarket. Lasting impression will be the staff, just the nicest people.

Good size rooms in an old, historic looking building. Quiet and charming with good service

Beautiful historic building, beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the common spaces and thoughtful touches like free coffee, tea and cake and a cold bottle of water on arrival. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to many highlights in San Santiago and only minutes from the subway.

A lovely small hotel in a trendy part of Santiago. A block from the Alameda and the Metro, excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The morning breakfast was wonderful.

The staff was very attentive and helpful with any request I had. The room was ready before noon and they allowed me to check in early. And the location is great! Excellent experience overall

It is absolutely amazing. This hotel and staff treat you like family. They will bend over backwards to provide excellent service. They go beyond the extra mile to assist you. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Security is top priority. The hotel is located close to central Santiago , so you can walk. However, the location is a quiet and safe street. Great location. We were SO pleased and happy with this hotel. Breakfast was included and very tasty.

The hotel is in the old part of the city and a good walk to nearest restaurants and bars and other ammenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was basic but fine - could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was typical continental. For us, far better than a glass, steel and concrete corporate hotel.

A rare find.

We were absolutely pleased with Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The staff are wonderful with their pleasantness, friendliness and personable style. The hotel is quaint and beautiful with breakfast included. We felt very safe as it is located just a block off the main Avenue in Santiago. We could walk to all the sites. It was impressive the tight safety routine they have in place. What a delightful stay

It’s a beautiful old house so the floors are creaky but the room with 2 beds is very spacious with a desk, wardrobe, and very high ceilings. An enjoyable experience all around with attentive staff.

Staff were amazing, breakfasts were lovely. Location felt totally safe, but finely an area in decline. Nearby shops were mostly selling car parts
