Horrible management and staff

Very bad, there was no water in the hotel

Excelente atención.

Located along a busy Avenida that has a lot of empty buildings. During rush hour the traffic is very heavy and generates a lot of noise and pollution.

There was no water in the hotel…

The staff did not give us a key to the room, explaining that he didn't have access to one. We chose to leave without checking in because the concierge appeared quite anxious.

I was charge to much to go to the airport

The room did not have closet or any table where to put your stuff, just the bed and one tv. The bathroom was too small.

THE WORST OF THE WORST HOTEL I HAVER BEEN BE CARFUL "DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL" ITS UNSAFE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY THREE TIMES WHAT YOU BOOKED THE HOTEL FOR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL YOU COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU WONT SLEEP AT NIGHT. DONT FIND OUT WHY.

Great experience being close to the airport. I was able to walk to the airport and it was nice to stop by the food stands available. Front desk staff were friendly and being greeted by the cat was the best part. Will be going again ! Thanks :)

Me gusto que es bastante cerca del aeropuerto, eso es un punto a favor para viajeros en transito... Me pareció terrible que el personal de recepción me hizo esperar un buen rato para darme acceso a la habitación aun cuando tenia reserva y cuando me entregaron la habitación y decido ir al baño el mismo estaba mojado con filtración en una de sus paredes y hongos en la parte del lavamanos.

el hotel huele a humedad y la habitación peor

Nice place to stay, rooms are a bit small. Also, the noise near the reception area is a lot so I would recommend a room away from this area.

Great experience staying in this hotel

Bad thing: They didn't honored the reservation, canceled during the check in the front desk late in the evening, I hadn't received any notice from Expedia. Very disappointed and frustrated after a long trip. Good thing: they found a room at a hotel very close at the same price.

No cumplieron con la reserva cuando llegue no existía la reserva y no tenían disque habitaciones me tocó a esa hora 2 dr la mañana ponerme a buscar hotel

Mi mamá pasó una noche y todo el personal fue muy amable y considerados con ella. Todo estaba limpio y cómodo.
