Staff was excellent. 20 minutes to airport. Large pool and kiddie pool full of laughing families enjoying themselves. No air conditioning, no in room fridge. Wall mounted swivel fan did not swivel. pool and sauna close at 7PM Breakfast open at 7AM

The property charges me the use of the pool to my guess, also limited the time to stay there, they charge extra 20,000 pesos saying is for Expedia payment , when I requested extra towels, the employee question me about what happened with the towels they left in am, also he bring it after I complained about he take so long time He told me “first He needs clean the pool,” the breakfast was very small and poor quality, Finally I only stay 2 days instead the 4 days as was planned , due this very poor customer service

I couldn’t check in. The door was locked and lights were off. No one responded to me. I had to go to another hotel.

Staff is friendly

Very clean and courteous staff….food was great…and cameras everywhere

No hot water at the bathroom, bees inside the bathroom, no phone line communication between room and the rest of the hotel , extra charge if you wanna a/c in conclusion is soo bad

credit card machine non-functional

We have to paid cash because they don’t have assets to internet
