Great location

It's perfect if you're a foodie. There's so many restaurants literally outside in the hotel. Staff was great, but it is a nightlight little area, so be aware of the surrounding Party sounds

I usually stay here every month or so for a few nights I'm and out Bogota airport. It's usually quiet some nights but not all nights. April 16, 2024 was a night where the noise from other guests were extremely loud. TV at maximum and someone vomiting. Then to add on to the terrible experience which I was going to just brush off as people partying at the local clubs and bars and winding down the night since the staff was able to get them to turn it down some. The issue is my phone was left I the room when I checked out. I sent a message that was never replied to on Expedia. Alerting them my phone was in the room and to keep it at the front desk. The message was never read or replied to. Then I'm told the phone which was left on the bed was not in the room. But google find my device had the phone there connect to the hotel which is the only WiFi on autoconnect in Bogota on April 18, 2024. An entire day after I checked out and was in another city. So either they didn't clean the room and let someone stay in a dirty room or someone that works at this hotel stole my phone thinking I was not going to be back to get it.

I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not acceptable within the hotel

NO ES COMO SE VE EL LAS FOTOS , POCO DESCUIDADO NO HABIA TUALLAS HABIA QUE PEDIRLAS. NO ES CONFORTABLE, NO SE PUEDE DORMIR MUSICA MUY ALTA EN LAS CALLE POR LOS CLUBES Y LAS GENTE QUE RODEAN DE NOCHE. LA DUCHA TENIA UN CALENTADOR ADAPTADO QUE NO CALENTABA SUFICIENTE. NUNCA VUELVO A ESE LUGAR. Y USTEDES DEBEN SUPERVISAR LO QUE VENDEN ESE LUGAR FUE TERRIBLE

Excelente atención por parte del personal, muy limpio y con servicio de Internet. Un poco ruidoso ya qué hay locales nocturnos

I saw hairs on the pillow. The clerk Carol is excellent helpful.

A good property near the airport with plenty of dining options in walking distance. The hotel is great for a overnight stay, be aware of the noise from airplanes taking off, some light sleepers won't be font of it. all around a great experience.

Carol, la recepcionista, fue extremadamente amable y servicial. El lugar está bien ubicado aunque si te quedas un fin de semana escucharás el ruido de las discotecas que quedan cerca, aún así no fue tan escandaloso como creíamos. El lugar limpio y bonito. La verdad quedamos contentos.

I had a great stay at this property after a cancelled flight. Very clean and close to airport. There was a mixup on check-in (my fault), but they handled fixing it promptly.

Good location, especially for a night layover if you're flying elsewhere. Our room was next to reception and we could hear the door bell from midnight to ~3am and conversations in the common area.
