The location is unbeatable. A stones throw from the entrance to the ancient city which is the reason to visit Fes. The WiFi is very good. The water supply is also very good. Staff are helpful but limited English. Its a safe place too, no issues there. Breakfast mainly variety of breads with jam and butter coffee or tea. But the room is basic and no soap provided. I didn't have a soap dish or bath mat or towel rack. Room for improvement there. However for the rate and helpful staff I'd recommend it

Nothing fantastic, but nothing terrible. No amenities at all in the room. Staffs don't speak English well, but it is ok, as it is Arabic & French country.

just across the square from the entrance bab boujloud to the markets and some tourist sites. in square cafes, and taxis, some buses convenient for old town and medina. , breakfast basic, staff and cleanliness excellent

The location of hotel was very good, just outside the Blue Gate with easy access to bazaar. The staff needs to be trained in courtesy to guest and handling of their requests. The stairs were narrow and steep not recommended for elderly, or handicapped.

The room was comfortable and relatively spacious. The heating was good, although the shower could have been warmer. There were a good amount of blankets and towels available. I had some difficulty communicating with the staff in English, but it was fine enough. Breakfast was nothing special but, with standard tea/coffee and bread with honey/butter. For the price, it was solid, especially being right by the Blue Gate

Tout est presque parfait et surtout le personnel au top !👏 Juste... les douches 😏 elles mériteraient d'être transformées de "pommeau douche" en douche avec un flexible car ce n'est pas du tout agréable l'eau sur la tête sans en avoir le choix et surtout un peu vétuste ça fuit beaucoup... C'est un très bon hôtel que je recommande !
