The property is too far from everything and there is nothing to eat there. The closest store is about 3 miles up the road. You definitely NEED to rent a car because if not you’ll pay 16 dollars one way to get around the island each time. They give you two rolls of toilet tissue at a time and no one is in the office on the weekends. They also don’t have anyone to clean the rooms daily or change the sheets every three days as many hotels guesthouses do. They never came and cleaned our place and we had to call and ask for towels after staying a whole week. No clean up, no check in, no nothing and to make matters worse they charge a gratuity fee as if they actually came and did some work.

Door lock was broken, bathroom door broken and would not close, sheets and towels were dirty, pool also was not working. The gal at check in did give us new sheets but still not what you expect at $400 a night

We stayed for only one night and we ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. The pull-out bed in the sofa was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. There were not enough blankets and the one we found was old and had holes in it. Also the coffee machine didn’t work. We booked online through Travelocity, they charged $350 including taxes, but they made us pay $400 at the hotel. They said they will email the receipt, but we haven't received it. Unsatisfying experience, especially for this price.

It is a kind of appartment fully equipped. Friendly staff.it is not so close to the downtown, and should be better if you have your own transportation. You should have to know that the final price is +12% local taxes which are not reflected at the price that you get from Expedia.

We liked the hotel much better a couple of years ago- with the Manager whose name begins with an M. This time we were overcharged and when I called hotels.com the follow up said tthe hotel told them we cxl and didn't stay at all- therefire the nights that were added to our card program were removed- with no response after I disputed it online

Unaware that this was a condo residence. There wasn't anything near by no food stores, there was barely any staff there. Met with someone upon arrival and never saw them again and was told we will be giving a cell phone we never revieved one. However if your a person who don't mind abandonment then is the place for you ! :) which all resulted to no towel exchangment, no maid service and lack of overall needed help!

Although I have visited TCI on three occasions I have never before stayed at the Caribbean Diamond. Friends and I rented a villa in North Caicos for three weeks; however, I decided to visit Grace Bay as well and so chose the Diamond for my final three days of vacation. What a beautiful and relaxing place, surrounded by lush gardens. The entire staff was exceptional: courteous and friendly. My only disappointment was the fact that the pool was in "repairs" and I was only notified upon arrival. Fortunately for me the staff at the Atrium allowed me to swim whenever I so desired...thank you to them!

Perfectly fine room etc but was not charged the same amount that my confirmation quoted. Had to pay the extra because there was no time to argue but think that it is not right that they charged $32 per night more than was quoted by Hotels.com.

The appartment was very nice and also theenviroment. It is not close to the airport is about $40 USD taxi, but should be preferible to have your own tranportation (car) in order to get dinner late in the night.

Very nicely appointed place to stay. It was more like a timeshare than a hotel. It had everything that you would have at home, and it was very spacious. There was a lot of hand towels, toilet tissue and even coffee and sugar. The landscaping was remarkable, and it made you feel like you were in an oasis of peacefulness and tranquility. The pool and hot tub area were very soothing and cool. The only problem I had was there was no extra linens in my room, and I could not get any from the staff, because every time I called or went to the office, there was no-one there, and I NEEDED to change my towels. I guess they expected me to wash the only set that they gave me.

Everything was good except for 2 things, I dont know why but there were many mosquitoes inside the room, also there was no soap and shampoo, so if you are planning to stay here you need to bring it with you. One more thing, you`d better confirm the time of your arrival or you will find out that the office is closed, as well as for check out, good that I am staying somewhere else a few days more so I can return the key, if not I had no choice but to take it with me, because the office was closed.

The hotel staff was accomodating and its close to the beach! It cost $43 (1 or 2 people) one way in a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel. There aren't many stores around the area. I would recommend renting a car or having lots of cab fare ready

The description of this hidden gem doesn't do it justice. There are a lot of amenities that are offered that are not listed on any websites. The room had a modern look, cable tv, granite counter tops in a full kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, stainless steel refrigerator, washing machine/dryer and ceiling fans in every room. I only spent one night here but could see it as a home base if I were to stay longer. The beach was only a walking distance away.
